Jiang Ming paused for a moment, then said, "Give me the last known location they were seen in Z City."
He Shou Wu replied, "Alright, I’ll check it now."
The sound of the door opening announced Yan Qing's return.
Jiang Ming quickly turned off his phone screen and began to bring out the warm dishes one by one, placing them on the dining table in front of Yan Qing. He greeted him cheerfully, "You’re back! Dinner is ready."
As Yan Qing looked at the table filled with four dishes and a soup, he felt a moment of daze. He sat down at the table and exchanged glances with Jiang Ming, a faint smile appearing on his distinctly featured face.
"Are you the girl from the rice field? You love cooking so much."
Jiang Ming chuckled. With his handsome looks and bright smile, he would have surely attracted quite a few girls if it weren't for the oversized red apron he was wearing.
Unfortunately, that giant apron really spoiled the view.
Jiang Ming wasn’t offended; he raised an eyebrow at Yan Qing’s teasing and playfully responded, "If I’m the girl from the rice field, then what are you? The farmer who saved me?"
A smirk appeared at the corner of Yan Qing's mouth. He realized that Jiang Ming could be quite amusing at times, able to keep up with his banter.
