"He's fine, don’t worry. His blood pressure is a bit high, but he has taken his medication; he’ll be alright soon." Sang's monther reassured her daughter, wanting to prevent her from overthinking.
"It's all my fault!" Sang Yu said regretfully.
"Don't think like that. I was young once too. I know that love is something you can’t force; once you fall for someone, it’s impossible to forget them, especially for us women who are more sentimental.
I also know that all these years, you haven’t really forgotten him. Your father and I have simple wishes: no matter who it is, we just want you and Sang Xia to be happy and joyful. They say marriage is a woman's second life; there's truth in that saying. After all, you spend more time living with your husband than with your family."
