On the first day of winter break, Wu Yunyun stayed at home, helping her mother with some chores. After two hours, her WeChat pinged. She opened it to find that Gu Si Yi had added her as a friend.
After hesitating for a while, she clicked to accept. Last night, she had thought about Gu Si Yi's advances all night long; her feelings were more of fear than joy. However, he was the first boy she liked, and rather than being afraid, she didn’t want to leave any regrets behind.
"What is my girlfriend doing?"
"Cleaning the bathroom."

As soon as he sent the message, Wu Yunyun felt her face heat up instantly. She quickly put down her phone, worried that others would notice her embarrassment. She glanced around discreetly and found Gu Si Yi not far from her.
Her emotions were still visible in her eyes, and he caught every bit of it. Gu Si Yi looked at her for a while; at that moment, she was small and slender with short hair that framed her delicate features without any bangs to hide them.
He felt an urge to pinch her cheeks.
In the next moment, Wu Yunyun hurriedly averted her gaze and grabbed a mop, wanting to escape.
Wu's Mother saw Gu Si Yi and couldn’t help but remind Wu Yunyun, "Xiaoyun, you should learn more from the young master."
She had worked for other wealthy families before, but someone as outstanding as Gu Si Yi was rare. His trophies filled an entire room, while her daughter’s achievements were merely average in comparison.
Gu Si Yi looked at Wu's Mother and took the opportunity to say, "Sun Aunty, I can tutor Wu Yunyun."
Wu's Mother hesitated at first but was eager for her daughter to excel. Only then could she compare favorably with Wu Xingguo’s child from that seductive woman!
"Mom, let’s not trouble the young master," Wu Yunyun said quickly. "I’ll work hard next semester." She could hardly imagine what it would be like for Gu Si Yi to tutor her. Would he think she was stupid?
"Is this too much trouble for you?" Wu's Mother asked timidly.
"It’s not a bother at all, Sun Aunty. To avoid any misunderstandings, I can tutor Wu Yunyun right here in the living room."
It was only after Gu Si Yi's reminder that Wu's Mother realized she had overlooked the issue of propriety between genders.
"Alright, young master, I’ll leave my family's Wu Yunyun's classes in your capable hands."
Wu Yunyun stood to the side, her eyes wide with surprise. She hadn’t expected that after just a few words, Gu Si Yi would finalize the arrangement.
Seeing her in a daze, Wu's Mother patted her shoulder. "Aren't you going to thank the young master?"
Under the coercive gaze of Wu's Mother, Wu Yunyun hurriedly expressed her gratitude to Gu Si Yi.
Gu Si Yi was a man of action; the very next day, he bought a set of textbooks for Wu Yunyun for the upcoming semester and even created a study plan for her. His friends invited him out to hang out, but he ignored them completely.
That evening, when Wu Yunyun received the study plan from Gu Si Yi, she felt a wave of relief wash over her. "Thank goodness, it's only three hours in the morning." She had feared it would be as intense as school.
He sent her a message saying: "Girlfriend, you’ll be attending class with Teacher Gu tomorrow."
Wu Yunyun stared at the message, unable to help but imagine his expression when he sent it. After lying on her bed for a while, she suddenly sat up with a start. "I’ll be so close to him tomorrow; I don’t even know what to wear!"
She rolled off the bed and surveyed her wardrobe. Looking at her collection of black and gray clothes, she plopped down onto the floor in frustration.
