“Are you just going to keep dodging, you coward?” Ando Kokoro stamped her foot impatiently, beads of sweat forming on her forehead as she watched Azure Blaze Flower's attacks being deflected time and again by Nan Liu Jing using the Launcher.
“What do you know? This is called strategy. When the enemy is strong, it's wise to avoid their attacks,” Nan Liu Jing retorted from her crouched position. It was already ridiculous for a Junior Gyroscope User to be matched against a Newbie Spinner; she might as well not be allowed to dodge at all.
“And besides, you've already revealed yourself. How could a Newbie Spinner control a Battle Gyro without using a Launcher?”
“Isn't it shameless to bully someone so easily? Did you forget the newcomer protection rules in the Battle Gyro Regulations? Are you not afraid that I’ll report you and get you banned for three years?”
Ando Kokoro looked unconcerned, sneering at Nan Liu Jing. “You think I didn’t anticipate this? Before I came here, I already modified the nature of your upcoming battles.”
“Now we’re in a Practice Match under the Teaching Bureau.”
“To be honest, I didn’t expect you to last this long. Your skills are terrible, and so are you.”

This girl was unreasonable; what was she thinking? Playing it safe would only lead to certain defeat.
Frustrated, Nan Liu Jing turned her gaze toward the Guide, hoping for an answer. The Guide looked troubled but nodded slightly, confirming that Ando Kokoro was indeed telling the truth.
“Now you understand, right? So it’s better for you to obediently accept my guidance; who knows, you might improve,” Ando Kokoro said, crossing her arms and looking down at Nan Liu Jing.
“A Practice Match?”
“Guide, does that mean there are no rules like in official matches?”
“Yes.”
After receiving confirmation, a sly smile appeared on Nan Liu Jing’s face. She paused for a moment before retracting her Gyroscope, signaling her surrender for this round.
This surprised Ando Kokoro slightly; she had expected a tough opponent but found it surprisingly easy. Instantly losing interest in further taunting, she just wanted to end the battle quickly.
Half bent, Nan Liu Jing waited for the Guide to issue the command. As the countdown reached 3, 2, 1, Go, Nan Liu Jing launched first.
"Go! Radiant Kirin!"
"Crush it, Azure Blaze Flower."
This time, it was not the Azure Blaze Flower that landed on the Battle Arena, but the Radiant Kirin. Taking advantage of the distance, Nan Liu Jing was the first to let her Battle Gyro touch down, then she focused intently on the landing point of the Azure Blaze Flower.
Ando Kokoro frowned slightly but said nothing; after all, this was training under the Guidance Bureau.
"I see it!" Nan Liu Jing exclaimed excitedly as she adjusted the Launcher to position the Radiant Kirin at the landing spot of the Azure Blaze Flower.

The Azure Blaze Flower landed on the Holy Beast Cover of the Radiant Kirin, causing its rotation speed to decrease rapidly. However, this did not dampen Nan Liu Jing's spirits: "This round is mine!"
As soon as she finished speaking, Nan Liu Jing used her Copper Skin Realm at full speed, wrapping the Launcher around the base of the Radiant Kirin and then pulling it sharply upward.
"You idiot! What are you doing...?"

The Azure Blaze Flower was flung away by Nan Liu Jing, while the Radiant Kirin dangled precariously at the edge of the Battle Arena, just a hair's breadth from falling. Nan Liu Jing touched her injured palm where she had been struck and glanced at Ando Kokoro, who looked furious; she felt a pang of regret for her injury.
Seeing Nan Liu Jing's bleeding wound, Ando Kokoro's expression darkened. "You fool! What were you thinking? You almost ruined your hand! You're a Tornado Master; your hands are your lifeline!"
"Hey, I concede. This guy won. Also, help me contact a hospital; I need stitches. This is ridiculous."
Without giving Nan Liu Jing a chance to refuse, Ando Kokoro grabbed her and headed outside. "What bad luck! I didn't expect you to be so reckless. This is embarrassing—Guidance Bureau lost to a Newbie Spinner."
"Apply pressure to the blood vessels near your wound. Don't worry about medical expenses; I've got it covered."
Nan Liu Jing was pulled out and looked at the transformed Ando Kokoro, nodding helplessly to indicate that he understood.
"Brother Nan, what happened to you? You're bleeding so much! Tell me, I want to teach him a lesson," Jin Li, sitting in the hall, immediately noticed Nan Liu Jing and Ando Kokoro. Seeing the blood streaming from his right hand, he hurried over to ask.
"I just wanted to win too badly. It's fine; I just need to go to the hospital for some stitches."
After all, he was a practitioner of the Copper Skin technique, which allowed him to absorb most of the damage from the Azure Blaze Flower. Plus, Ando Kokoro hadn't used her full strength, so his recovery would be quick—much faster than an ordinary person.

Then Ando Kokoro carefully examined Jin Li's outfit and noticed it seemed similar to the legendary White Tiger's Fang. Connecting this with their previous conversation confirmed his identity in her mind.
"No way, Brother Nan. Although opportunities to battle with opponents of the same level are rare, it's still possible with some effort. If your hand doesn't heal properly, your future as a Tornado Master might come to an end."
"So let me accompany you; is that okay? You're my student and my brother after all."
Nan Liu Jing sighed and nodded helplessly.
"Um, girl, you don't mind, do you?"
"No, it's an honor to accompany White Tiger's Fang. Also, I have a name—Ando Kokoro, the heir of the the Ando Family." At that moment, Ando Kokoro displayed the demeanor of an unmarried young lady, completely shedding her earlier arrogant attitude.
The rapid change in her demeanor left Nan Liu Jing speechless, and he couldn't help but admire her; after all, she was the heir of the the Ando Family. Although he wasn't sure of the family's status here, it was clear they were well-known, or she wouldn't have mentioned it.
"Guide, is it alright to cancel the battle invitation for White Tiger's Fang?" Ando Kokoro asked the Guide. Though it sounded like a question, it felt more like a statement.
"Of course, White Tiger's Fang. Mr. Jin Li is concerned about his brother's injuries. Both the boss and the invitee will surely understand," the Guide replied.
"So please go with peace of mind."
Upon hearing this response, Nan Liu Jing, Jin Li, and Ando Kokoro hurriedly left and got into Ando Kokoro's car, heading toward the hospital.
The Guide watched the three depart and immediately took out his phone to call the boss, updating him on the situation.
Aside from receiving a scolding, there were no further consequences, which alleviated some of the Guide's inner frustration.
"White Tiger's Fang? Interesting. Let's see what he's made of."
