Until the class was over, he finally walked over. "You are... Huan Huan's sister, right?" 0

"Yes." 0

Yan Chengcheng nodded. "Hello, Qin Shixiong." 0

"Hello." 0

Qin Fei looked at her. "Where's Huan Huan? She hasn't come by lately." 0

"She... she went to the countryside to teach." 0

I spoke with a cold expression. 0

Qin Fei was taken aback for a moment, then nodded. "When she comes back, let me know. I don't know what I did; she suddenly stopped talking to me." 0

Yan Chengcheng smiled awkwardly. "Okay." 0

In truth, she had feelings for Qin Fei. Back then, Qin Fei was a top student in school, handsome, and also the president of the student council. Yan Chengcheng fell for him at first sight. Later on, Qin Fei often helped her with math tutoring, and her feelings for him gradually deepened. But just when she was about to confess, her sister warned her not to compete for a man with her. 0

Yan Chengcheng had no choice but to avoid her feelings. 0

Now that she saw Qin Fei again, her heart was filled with mixed emotions. 0

"Do you like him?" I suddenly asked on the way back. 0

"Huh?" 0

Yan Chengcheng was taken aback for a moment, then shook her head. "No." 0

"I asked if you liked him!" I looked at her with some irritation. 0

Yan Chengcheng was silent for a moment before nodding. "Yes, I used to have feelings for him, but that's all in the past now." 0

"What do you like about him?" I asked coldly. 0

Yan Chengcheng thought for a moment before replying, "He's helpful?" 0

"That's it?" I scoffed. 0

"Well..." Yan Chengcheng recalled, "He's really good at math and often tutors me. Plus, he taught me how to solve the last difficult question on my college entrance exam." 0

"So that's why you like him?" I asked with a frosty demeanor. 0

"I said it was in the past," Yan Chengcheng rolled her eyes at me. "Right now, I just want you to get into a top university so I can get my bonus." 0

"Heh." I let out a cold laugh and fell silent. 0

After returning home, I shut myself in and didn’t go out. Every day was filled with studying and doing exercises. 0

Yan Chengcheng had no idea what she had done to offend me and could only seek advice from a senior. 0

Senior: "He must be jealous." 0
Yan Chengcheng: "But he doesn't even like me, what’s there to be jealous about?" 0
Senior: "Exactly because he doesn't like you, he feels the need to show possessiveness." 0
Yan Chengcheng: "What do you mean?" 0
Senior: "You think Qin Fei is more important than him, so your attention is focused on Qin Fei, which makes Shang Haoran feel neglected." 0
Yan Chengcheng: "But I only talked to him for a bit." 0
Senior: "He’s just trying to assert his presence." 0

"Then what should I do?" 0

"Show him through your actions that you need him too." 0

That night, I stood on the balcony, feeling the cold wind, when Yan Chengcheng brought me a scarf. 0

"It's getting cold; don't catch a chill," she said. 0

I let out a cold laugh. "If I don't do well on the exam, will you still care about me?" 0

"???" She clearly didn't understand the logic behind my words. 0

She simply wrapped the scarf around my neck. "Don't catch a cold." 0

I looked down at her. 0

As she tied the scarf, her little face was flushed from the cold. Her hands were icy. 0

I suddenly grabbed both ends of the scarf, and Yan Chengcheng stumbled forward into my arms. 0

My heart skipped a beat. 0

She felt so soft against me. 0

"What are you doing?" 0

Yan Chengcheng pushed against me and wriggled out of my embrace. "Shang Haoran, are you sick or something? It's freezing out here, and you're trying to act cool. What if you catch a cold?" 0

I licked my lips and remained silent. 0
