"Sister."
He murmured, "You are so beautiful."
I felt a bit embarrassed under his gaze.
I should have been angry, but seeing him like this, I couldn't muster any irritation.
"You’re drunk."
I sighed, "Come on, get up and go back to the bedroom to sleep."
But Fu Xi remained motionless.
He stared at me intently, his eyes filled with deep affection.
"Sister."
He called out again, "I really like you."
I was taken aback.
He likes me?

"Stop joking around."
I frowned, "You're drunk."
But Fu Xi continued, "I really like you."
"It started a long time ago."
I widened my eyes in disbelief.
Fu Xi reached out and touched my waist gently, applying a slight pressure.
I unconsciously leaned a little closer to him.
"You buy a sandwich every noon."
"You always have a latte every afternoon."
"You like wearing short skirts and black stockings."
"You like to drink and take baths."
"And you enjoy wearing spaghetti strap pajamas in front of me."
Fu Xi said, his hand gently caressing my waist.
I jumped in surprise and quickly pressed down on his hand.
"What nonsense are you talking about?"
I shouted in anger, "When have I ever worn spaghetti strap pajamas in front of you?"
Fu Xi's face turned red, his gaze dreamy.
"That night."
"I came to find you for dinner."
"But you fell asleep on the sofa."
"When I walked in to call you, I saw your spaghetti strap pajamas."
I was stunned.
So it was him who came that night?
I instinctively touched my collarbone.
There were still bite marks he had left there.
Fu Xi's hand continued to explore my body.
Eventually, he unbuttoned my shirt, touching my skin and abs.
I quickly pressed down on his hand again. "What are you doing?"
Fu Xi slightly lifted his head, looking at me with red eyes.
"Sister."
"I like you."
"Will you be with me?"
His voice was hoarse yet filled with deep emotion.
My heart raced involuntarily, an indescribable feeling surging within me.
The biological clock woke me up promptly at six o'clock.
I groggily opened my eyes and found myself lying in the arms of a man.
He was bare-chested, his tanned skin glistening enticingly.
My face flushed red.
Memories from last night flooded my mind.
Did we actually… do it?!
A faint scent of alcohol lingered in the air.
I quietly lifted a corner of the blanket, noticing the disheveled sheets around me.
Needless to say, it was definitely Fu Xi's doing.
"Awake?"
A husky voice came from above me.
I quickly looked up to meet Fu Xi's dark gaze.
There was a hint of red at the corners of his eyes, and his thin lips parted slightly:
"Up so early?"
As he spoke, he tightened his embrace around me.
My throat constricted, nearly taking my breath away.
"Fu Xi."
I whispered, "We need to talk."
Fu Xi paused for a moment before sitting up, leaning against the headboard.
The blanket slipped down, revealing his bare upper body.
My face turned even redder as I quickly averted my gaze.
"What do you want to say?"
"Fu Xi," he asked.
I struggled to calm my emotions, trying to sort out my thoughts.
But before I could speak, Fu Xi continued.
"Sister."
He stared into my eyes. "Since we are already like this..."
"You have to be responsible for me."
I was taken aback. "Huh?"
Fu Xi smiled. "I want to be your boyfriend."
I was stunned.
How could he know what I liked?
Could it be... Xu Yujun told him?
But in the next moment, Fu Xi denied my assumption.
"What are you thinking?"
He pinched my cheek. "I'm not just listening to Xu Yujun."
"I've known you inside and out for a long time."
I widened my eyes. "What do you mean?"
Fu Xi smiled again. "Sister, I've liked you for many years."
I was speechless.
What did that mean?
