A woman with money will spend it. Finally gaining her freedom and receiving the County Magistrate's decree, Lin Dongyu was ready to embark on her grand plan to return home in glory twenty years ahead of schedule!

Lin Dongyu glared at Hu Ba. "Have you forgotten the County Magistrate's orders?"
"He only said I couldn't approach you, not that you couldn't approach me. You came in here on your own," Hu Ba replied. He didn’t mention that even with the County Magistrate's decree, there weren’t many in Fengcheng County who dared to touch him. Moreover, he had made it known that anyone who caught her stealing and brought her in would be rewarded. "Little One, I didn't know you were so reluctant to part with me."
"You... you..." Lin Dongyu's face turned red, and she stammered, choosing to ignore him. But Hu Ba stepped inside the cell, undeterred, and began to loosen his clothing. Lin Dongyu warily stepped back. "What are you trying to do?"
"Since I can only get close to you in this prison, we might as well consummate our marriage right here," Hu Ba said with a hint of grievance as he removed his shirt, revealing his bare torso.
Lin Dongyu felt her face burning; she forced herself to look away. She was an innocent young woman—what business did she have staring at a man's body? Alone together like this, what if something happened...
"You won't... I won't let you succeed!" she declared, though her conviction was clearly wavering.
Hu Ba wanted to hold her close while sleeping, but Lin Dongyu resisted fiercely, pushing him away. "Little One, if you keep touching me, I really won’t be able to control myself!" His voice carried a suppressed pain that made Lin Dongyu quickly retract her hand.
"But men and women shouldn't be too close; if this gets out, my reputation will be ruined!" Lin Dongyu lamented, feeling utterly wronged.
Hu Ba held her tighter, saying, "You’re mine now, so why worry about being pure?"
That’s true… or is it? She had nothing to do with him! How could she be tempted by a tiger? It must be that her man was just too inexperienced!
Lin Dongyu had spent two days in the prison, barely managing to keep her innocence intact. She was determined never to return… no, she needed to keep her distance from Hu Ba! At least a yard away!
Lin Dongyu never imagined she would be so popular. Outside, people were welcoming her: "Miss Lin, how have you been? I heard you’ve been inseparable from Grandpa Hu these past few days. When are you planning to hold the wedding banquet?" Rumors of them sharing a bed in the prison had spread, and the nearby residents came to congratulate her.
"What wedding banquet?" Lin Dongyu exclaimed, her face paling in shock. "No way!"
"Of course, it’s for you and Grandpa Hu."
"How could that be!" Lin Dongyu was terrified. Even though her innocence had been "almost" ruined these past few days, her heart seemed ready to surrender. But that was only because she had little experience with men; she wouldn’t remain so naive forever! "Don’t say such scary things, it could give someone a heart attack! By the way, isn’t there a place called Holy Forest Pavilion in Fengcheng County? I’ve heard about it for ages and always wanted to check it out…" If she saw more men, she would surely find Hu Ba lacking; her taste couldn’t possibly be like this!
"Miss, do you know what Holy Forest Pavilion is?"
"Of course! It’s a brothel!" Lin Dongyu couldn’t hide her excitement as she happily ran inside.
Hu Ba sighed softly, "It seems I’ve spoiled her too much."
