Temporary Command Headquarters of the National Defense Army
On the afternoon of the day when the attack was launched in France, the prepared National Defense Forces established a wartime command headquarters to resist the attack of the French people.

If we establish a closely connected society through an oath, then be prepared, make the determination to never yield, and we will be able to conquer all difficulties. I am willing to reaffirm the oath I made when I took office in the Federal Republic of Germany.
