The Old Lady Zhou crawled over in a panic, frantically grabbing her sleeve to wipe, but the blood on the Guanyin Statue only spread further, quickly staining her palms and sleeves red. 0

"Amitabha, Amitabha..." 0

She clutched the Guanyin Statue and stumbled to the incense altar, kneeling down as she opened the sutra. The scriptures seemed to come alive, twisting and reshaping before her eyes, rearranging into horrifying scenes—her precious son committing violence against young girls in the basement, their terrified faces... 0

The chanting of the sutras from the speaker suddenly paused, only to be replaced by chilling cries and pleas for mercy. 0

Old Lady Zhou shook her head frantically, screaming as she threw down the Guanyin Statue and ran out of the room. 0

"Degui! Degui, help me!" 0

She stumbled towards her son Zhou Degui's room, and as she pushed open the door, a wave of putrid stench hit her face. 0

In the moonlight, a massive shadow loomed by the bed, making a crunching sound as it chewed. 0

Startled by her entrance, the shadow turned its head. 0

Now Old Lady Zhou could see clearly—it was a terrifying monster! 0

It looked at her with three pairs of blood-red eyes, its slit pupils gleaming with a dreadful ferocity. The monster's jagged fangs were stained with blood, and what it was chewing on was none other than her beloved son's arm! 0

Scattered across the bed behind the monster were Zhou Degui's mangled remains! 0

Old Lady Zhou was completely paralyzed by this sight! 0

She opened her mouth but could not make a sound. 0

Just then, the creature suddenly grinned widely, revealing a gaping maw filled with sharp teeth as it directed an eerie smile at her. 0

Seeing that monstrous grin before her, foul drool dripped from its fangs. 0

Old Lady Zhou finally regained her senses; she screamed and turned to run, blindly dashing into the living room as the beast pursued closely behind her. 0

As she reached the corner of the stairs, Old Lady Zhou tripped over her own slippers and fell heavily to the ground. 0

In a flurry, she tried to get up, but felt something cold wrapping around her ankle. 0

It was the tentacle of a monster! 0

"Help! Help me!" 0

Old Lady Zhou screamed as she grabbed a stool and hurled it at the beast. The tentacle loosened its grip, giving her a chance to escape toward the kitchen. 0

Just as she dashed into the kitchen, a sudden sharp pain shot through her shoulder! 0

"Ah!" 0

The monster's fangs had sunk into her shoulder, and the agony made Old Lady Zhou instinctively grab a kitchen knife from the cutting board. 0

With all her strength, she swung it behind her! 0

The monster froze in its tracks. 0

But Old Lady Zhou did not stop with the knife. 0

"Die! Die!" 0

She had completely lost her mind, swinging the knife relentlessly, again and again, each strike spraying blood. 0

The kitchen echoed with the chilling sound of chopping, as veins bulged on Old Lady Zhou's neck, her hair disheveled and soaked in blood. 0

I leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, enjoying this gruesome spectacle. 0

It wasn't until she could no longer lift the knife that Old Lady Zhou finally stopped; the "monster" had been reduced to a bloody pulp. 0

At that moment, the first rays of sunlight streamed through the window. 0

And Old Lady Zhou finally awakened from my nightmarish illusion. 0

Looking around, there was no disgusting monster to be found… 0

Amidst the pile of flesh lay a face all too familiar—her beloved son, Zhou Degui! 0
