Lan Qingqing stepped out of the police station, the night sky enveloping her. Mo Kai Liang pulled her into the car, concern etched on his face. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt? As the car drove on, Lan Qingqing remained silent, her frustration simmering beneath the surface.
