The sudden appearance of Qin Shaoze plunged the rehearsal room into silence. Li Xunwan felt her heart race and instinctively took a step closer to Zheng Kaiwen, who instinctively shielded her behind him, his gaze warily fixed on the unexpected visitor at the door. 0

“Qin Shaoze, what are you doing here?” Xie Qinghuan was the first to break the silence, her elegant voice tinged with a barely perceptible displeasure. 0

Qin Shaoze ignored Xie Qinghuan, his eyes locked onto Li Xunwan, filled with complex emotions. “Xun Wan, I have something to say to you,” he repeated, his voice trembling slightly. 0

Li Xunwan took a deep breath and gently patted Zheng Kaiwen’s arm, signaling him to relax. She met Qin Shaoze’s gaze and calmly said, “If you have something to say, just say it here.” 0

Qin Shaoze seemed taken aback by Li Xunwan’s calmness. He paused for a moment before speaking urgently, “I know I’ve done many wrong things in the past, but I’ve really changed. I hope you can give me a chance to start over.” 0

Li Xunwan felt Zheng Kaiwen tense up instantly. She gently squeezed his hand, silently reassuring him. “Qin Shaoze, what’s done is done. We’ve all grown up and have our own lives now.” Her voice was gentle yet firm. “I hope you can let go of the past and live well.” 0

A flicker of pain crossed Qin Shaoze’s face as he bit his lip, seemingly struggling with whether to say something more. Just then, Liu Sitian suddenly interjected. 0

“Hey, look outside!” she exclaimed excitedly, pointing out the window. “There’s a meteor shower!” 0

Everyone’s attention was drawn outside. Li Xunwan and Zheng Kaiwen moved to the window, watching the silver streaks across the night sky. Zheng Kaiwen gently wrapped his arm around Li Xunwan’s waist and whispered in her ear, “Make a wish.” 0

Li Xunwan closed her eyes and silently made a wish. When she opened them again, she found that Qin Shaoze had quietly left. 0

“Alright everyone, let’s refocus,” Xie Qinghuan clapped her hands. “Let’s continue rehearsing.” 0

Li Xunwan and Zheng Kaiwen returned to the center of the stage. Under the soft lights, they gazed deeply into each other’s eyes as if the entire world had faded away, leaving only the two of them. Zheng Kaiwen gently cupped Li Xunwan’s face and leaned in slowly. This time, no one interrupted them. 0

The moment their lips touched, Li Xunwan felt her heart racing as if it would leap out of her chest. Zheng Kaiwen's kiss was gentle yet firm, causing her to involuntarily close her eyes and immerse herself in this sweet moment. 0

With a click, a flash went off. Li Xunwan opened her eyes to find Liu Sitian holding a camera, a mischievous smile on her face. "This photo has to be at your wedding!" she exclaimed excitedly. 0

Li Xunwan felt her cheeks flush, but she didn’t pull away from Zheng Kaiwen’s embrace. Instead, she leaned against his solid chest, feeling the strength of his heartbeat. 0

"Alright, today's rehearsal ends here," Xie Qinghuan announced. "We'll continue tomorrow." 0

As they exited the rehearsal room, night had fallen. Zheng Kaiwen held Li Xunwan's hand as they strolled slowly along the campus path. Liu Sitian tactfully walked ahead, giving them space for their own world. 0

"Xun Wan," Zheng Kaiwen suddenly stopped and turned to face Li Xunwan. "I have something to say to you." 0

Li Xunwan's heart raced as she looked up at Zheng Kaiwen, waiting for his next words. 0

Taking a deep breath, Zheng Kaiwen knelt on one knee. He pulled out an exquisite ring box from his pocket and gently opened it. "Li Xunwan, will you marry me?" 0

Li Xunwan felt tears welling in her eyes as she gazed at Zheng Kaiwen kneeling before her, seeing the glimmer of tears and overflowing love in his eyes. She nodded gently, her voice choked with emotion. "I will." 0

Zheng Kaiwen stood up and slipped the ring onto Li Xunwan's finger before pulling her into a tight embrace. In the distance, Liu Sitian cheered excitedly as she ran over to hug them both. 0

"That's amazing! I knew you two would end up together!" Liu Sitian said enthusiastically. "We have to celebrate this!" 0

The three of them headed to a nearby restaurant. Bathed in candlelight, Li Xunwan looked at Zheng Kaiwen and felt happiness fill her chest. She knew this was just the beginning of their love story, with more beautiful moments waiting for them in the future. 0

That night, when Li Xunwan returned home, she lay on her bed, gazing at the sparkling diamond ring on her finger, a smile unconsciously spreading across her lips. She picked up her phone and sent a message to her parents, sharing the wonderful news. 0

Soon, her phone buzzed incessantly. Parents, friends, classmates—everyone was sending their congratulations. Li Xunwan felt her eyes welling up again; she knew this was the taste of happiness. 0

Outside the window, the moonlight gently spilled onto the bed. Li Xunwan closed her eyes, a sweet smile lingering on her face as she slowly drifted off to sleep. She knew that when she woke up tomorrow, an even brighter future awaited her. 0
