The flames grew larger, engulfing the entire Art Room in a blaze of light. Suddenly, a strange wind blew in from the direction of the clock tower. The flames seemed to respond to a call, shifting into an eerie shade of blue. 0

"Dong..." 0

The sound of the bell rang out, piercing through the firelight with unsettling clarity. The crowd immediately stirred. 0

"The bell!" 0
"Something's wrong!" 0
"Run!" 0

Teacher Li's voice rose above the chaos: "Don't panic! Stay still!" 0
But it was too late. Within the flames, something appeared to be moving. As they focused their gaze, seven white figures emerged, dancing gracefully amidst the fire. 0

"The White-Clad Woman Play..." Zhou Yue trembled all over. "They're here..." 0
The figures leaped higher and higher, and the flames morphed with their movements. Suddenly, one turned its face towards them—revealing a pale visage that smiled directly at Zhou Yue. 0

Zhou Yue collapsed to the ground. "Mom... Mom..." 0

In the stillness of the night, Yang Su and Zhou Yue stealthily entered what had become a ruin of the Art Room. 0
The fire had long been extinguished, but the air was thick with the scent of charred remains. Using their flashlight, they searched through the debris scattered across the floor. 0

"Over here." Zhou Yue pointed to a seemingly ordinary section of flooring in the corner. "It's hollow underneath." 0
Together, they pried up the floorboard, revealing a narrow hidden compartment. Inside lay a rusty tin box, surprisingly intact despite its condition. 0

Zhou Yue opened the box to find a yellowed notebook and several faded photographs. As she flipped through the notebook, a piece of paper fell out. Yang Su picked it up and saw it was a map detailing the structure beneath the clock tower. 0

"What did your mom discover?" 0
Zhou Yue remained silent as she opened the notebook. The first page contained startling revelations: 0

"This is not an ordinary Sacrifice. Each person chosen by the bell will be taken to the Underground Altar at midnight on the seventh day. They intend to use these souls to open a door..." 0

The next page read: "The origins of this bell are not simple. I found some ancient records indicating that it was forged using special methods, seemingly not just for suppression. The bell's sound affects different people in various ways; some are drawn away while others can hear it without harm. I believe there must be a reason for this..." 0

"What door?" 0
"I don't know," Zhou Yue shook her head. "But look at these photos." 0

The photographs depicted scenes from the Underground Altar. In the center of the altar was a massive Bagua Pattern, with certain locations marked deliberately. Strangely, each marked spot corresponded to a name of someone who had died. 0

"These positions..." Yang Su observed closely, "form some kind of array?" 0

"Yes. My mother mentioned in her notes that this is a 'Summoning Array.' They want to summon something using the souls of the deceased." 0

"Summon what?" 0

"I don't know." Zhou Yue flipped to the last page of the notes. "Look here. My mother wrote at the end: 'I finally know the truth. That bell is not for warding off evil, but for…'" 0

The writing abruptly stopped. 0

"Someone's coming!" Yang Su suddenly alerted. Footsteps and voices could be heard in the distance. 0

They hurriedly packed their things and were about to leave when Zhou Yue suddenly paused. "Wait, do you hear…" 0

In the darkness, a clear bell toll echoed. 0

"Dong…" 0

The sound of the bell resonated through the night, but this time it was different, carrying a haunting power. 0

"Something's wrong…" Zhou Yue's face turned pale. "Today isn't the Initial Seven; the bell shouldn't be ringing…" 0

Before she could finish her sentence, ghostly blue flames suddenly erupted around them. In the flickering light, seven figures in white emerged from the darkness, slowly surrounding them. 0

"Run!" Yang Su grabbed Zhou Yue and dashed toward the exit. 0

But those figures in white moved even faster, blocking their path in an instant. Their faces were deathly pale, their eyes an eerie blue, and their white garments fluttered without wind. 0

"Look at their feet…" Zhou Yue said, trembling. 0
