Zhou Fang led the three of them through a meticulously maintained small garden and into Zhao Yunlan's studio. 0

It was a room with windows on two sides, filled with ample light. The interior was simply furnished, with a large embroidery table by the window, equipped with embroidery tools and several unfinished pieces, along with a substantial stack of neatly organized design drafts. 0

"If I didn't know that Teacher Zhao was missing, I would think she just went out to buy tea," Cheng Siyun said softly, her gaze sweeping across the studio. 0

Zhou Fang sighed lightly, his fingers unconsciously stroking the embroidery table. "Ever since my mother went missing, I've kept the studio just as it was, not moving anything." 0

Lin Mingchang nodded at Zhou Fang and began to carefully inspect every corner of the studio. He looked around while asking, "Mr. Zhou, when was the last time you saw Teacher Zhao? Did she seem unusual that day?" 0

"About a month ago, on the evening of August 4th. My mother said she needed to finish an important piece and told me not to wait for her. The next morning, when I came to bring breakfast, I found she was already gone; everything in the studio was as usual..." Zhou Fang answered without hesitation, clearly having responded to this question many times before. 0

Since entering the studio, Shen Tong had been quietly standing still, sensing the flow of energy in the room. 0

"Something feels off," she slowly spoke up. "There is absolutely no trace of killing intent or malevolent energy here, but there are faint threads of unease lingering—like remnants of worry, tension, or fear." 0

Upon hearing Shen Tong's words, Lin Mingchang naturally responded with a thoughtful "Hmm," only to notice Zhou Fang and Cheng Siyun beside him looking shocked by Shen Tong's insight. He chuckled softly and explained, "Shen Tong is a Wang Qi Master; she can see and discern energies that ordinary people cannot perceive. This is an inherited skill; I've relied on her assistance in several cases before." 0

Zhou Fang had heard elders speak of Wang Qi Masters in his childhood but had never encountered one before. When Shen Tong turned to look at him, their eyes met in surprise. 0

Having long grown accustomed to such reactions, Shen Tong maintained her expressionless demeanor and asked calmly, "Mr. Zhou, have you heard about your mother receiving a large deposit before her disappearance?" 0

Zhou Fang paused for a moment before nodding. "I've heard about it. My mother did receive a substantial deposit for what she said was a very special commission, but she didn't tell me the details." 0

Shen Tong then walked over to a large wooden rack in the corner; the upper section held various embroidery threads while the lower cabinet contained organized samples of embroidery patterns. She picked up a thick notebook standing beside the cabinet—the source of that lingering unease. 0

The notebook appeared somewhat aged; its deep brown leather cover showed signs of wear and fading. Shen Tong opened it to find it filled with dense notes and sketches, mostly concerning embroidery techniques and design concepts. 0

As she flipped through the pages, nothing seemed out of the ordinary until she reached the last few pages and spotted a peculiar line. 0

"Lin Mingchang, come take a look." 0

Lin Mingchang, Cheng Siyun, and Zhou Fang gathered around as they saw that one page of the notebook contained just one line—"Five Colors Intertwined, Words Hidden in Truth." 0

"What does this mean?" Lin Mingchang asked, puzzled. 0
"Um... I think I've heard this phrase somewhere before..." Cheng Siyun took the notebook. 0
After looking at it for a long time, her expression suddenly changed. "I remember now! This seems to be... a special Xiang Embroidery technique called the Tibetan Stitching Method!" 0
