I said, "Sure, that sounds great."

I took the money and then flagged down a car on the street.
"Where to, little sister?" The driver was a kind middle-aged man, smiling as he spoke.

When we arrived at the police station, I got out of the car. A young man in a police uniform walked out and approached me, saying, "You must be Li Shuhua's wife."
I replied, "I am."

I chuckled and said, "Everyone has their blind moments; but now I know better."
Young Officer led me inside where I saw an older police officer with a serious expression. He said to me, "If you want to bail him out, just sign here and you can leave."
I exhaled slightly and calmly replied, "I won’t bail him out."
Li Shuhua widened his eyes and shouted furiously, "You little bitch! Do you dare not bail me out? Do you believe I’ll kill you?"
Then he suddenly stood up and tried to make a move towards me. The officers standing by restrained him and one of them said, "This is a police station! Not a place for you to act recklessly!"
Once Li Shuhua calmed down, the serious officer looked at me and forced a smile, saying, "That’s more like it. Your husband kept saying you would bail him out so he could leave first. I knew no decent person would want to bail him out."
"Miss, it is now clear that he is cheating. If you want a divorce, you can definitely force it," said one of the police officers.
"Divorce? Go ahead! I have a son now, you can't lay eggs, you useless hen!" Li Shuhua shouted angrily as several police officers held him down.
I calmly replied, "I want a divorce and for him to leave with nothing."
The police officer hesitated and said, "In this situation, a divorce can be enforced, but for him to leave with nothing, the evidence isn't strong enough."
I said, "He abused me."
"He has that tendency; I can see it. But do you have evidence?"
I paused. Evidence of his abuse... Suddenly, an idea struck me. I said, "Yes! When he hit me before, my mother-in-law took photos and said that if I didn't behave, she would send those photos to my parents. My mom has a heart condition; she can't be stimulated like that."
"Is there a way to get those photos?"
I shook my head and said, "Let me think."
Suddenly, I remembered. I softly said, "I don't know if I have them..." and pulled his phone out of Li Shuhua's pocket.
Li Shuhua screamed in panic, "You bastard! You shameless woman! How dare you?!"
But soon he laughed again, "I almost forgot; how could you possibly know my phone password? Hahaha!"
However, he quickly stopped laughing as he watched me unlock the phone.
"You... how did you know?!"
"Hah, it's just Xiao Na's birthday; how could I not know?"
I browsed through WeChat, QQ, and the photo album until I finally found the photos of me being abused in his group chat with his friends.
