Han Guowei picked up the note, a glimmer of excitement flashing in her beautiful eyes. She scanned the note and silently recited, "Go tell Han Min and Guo Jingjing from Class One, Grade Ten, that Tang Guoguo is at Beskah Hospital."
Han Guowei initially thought this was a love letter from Murong Xiuxian, but she didn't expect that Murong Xiuxian actually wanted her to deliver a message. Her elated mood instantly plummeted to despair, leaving her extremely frustrated.
After the evening study session, Han Guowei dared not defy Murong Xiuxian and walked up to the third floor along the winding staircase with her close friend Li Shuitian. As they passed through the long corridor and reached the entrance of Class One, Grade Ten, they coincidentally bumped into Han Min and Guo Jingjing who were walking out together.
Han Guowei straightened her back and spoke with an arrogant elegance, "Someone asked me to deliver a message: Tang Guoguo is at Beskah Hospital."
Han Min and Guo Jingjing didn't believe her, thinking Han Guowei was joking.
Han Min crossed her arms angrily and said, "Han Senior, today is not April Fool's Day."
"Even if you want to joke around, don't use Guoguo as a punchline," Guo Jingjing added angrily.
"Do you think Guowei looks like she's joking?!" Li Shuitian really wanted to teach these two arrogant and dismissive Mischievous Junior Sisters a lesson.
"Then who asked you to deliver this message?" After Li Shuitian's remark, Han Min seemed half-convinced and wanted to extract the name of the person who asked Han Guowei to relay the message.
If Han Guowei didn't reveal the name of the person behind this message, then it would mean she was just joking or lying.
After all, Han Guowei was the campus belle of Vidorna; who could have the ability to ask her to deliver a message?
Now Han Guowei found herself in a difficult position. When the class bell rang, Murong Xiuxian had forbidden her from telling Han Min and Guo Jingjing that it was his message. Frustrated and anxious, she said, "Anyway, I've delivered the message; whether you believe it or not is up to you."
"Believe it or not, we're leaving." Li Shuitian glared at Han Min and Guo Jingjing, grabbed Han Guowei's hand, and turned to leave.
"Hey, you two better be clear about who spread the word?!" Han Min shouted at the retreating figures of Han Guowei and Li Shuitian.
Han Guowei and Li Shuitian did not respond, heading down the stairs quickly, soon exiting the stairwell of the teaching building and walking toward the School Gate.
Outside the School Gate, a black sedan was parked, and a middle-aged man who seemed to be Han Guowei's family's driver got out from the driver's seat.
