Staring wide-eyed, she gradually regained her composure from the panic. Suddenly, she reached out to struggle, and the light kiss on her lips transformed into a fierce suction. The storm-like masculine scent flooded her senses, leaving her nowhere to hide.
It wasn't until a faint metallic taste filled her mouth that he reluctantly released her, his wickedly seductive lips curling into a smirk as he watched her face flush with anger and annoyance. The discomfort in his stomach caused by her words "mutual benefit" was instantly lifted.
The driver sat in the front, silent and still. In the spacious back seat, the two faced off with sparks flying—one felt as content as a cat that had successfully stolen a fish, while the other was filled with rage.
What had just happened, that domineering kiss, seemed to her like a childish tantrum—a deliberate act of revenge by the President!
Taking a deep breath, Green Qi gritted her teeth and suppressed her anger. After all, she needed something from him; provoking him would only bring her trouble.
Forcing a smile, she narrowed her eyes slightly. "I need to go to work now, President. Please let go!"
Her ability to control her emotions so effortlessly surprised Mu Tongzi. He slowly released his grip and turned back to sit down. Before she could push the door open to get out, he casually said, "Meet me at One Pinnacle Mansion tonight."
"..." She couldn't find an excuse to refuse at that moment. Then she suddenly remembered that tomorrow was Saturday, which could serve as an excuse. "Tomorrow is Saturday; I need to go back to Jiang Residence with Jiang Chengmu in the morning. It's too far from where you are; let's reschedule!"
