"Then let's hurry and go!" He said as he pulled her out the door and started running in the direction of Mountain Loop Road.
The Yipin Residence was designed with geographical factors in mind. The entire area is bordered by Mountain Loop Road on one side, and the Yipin Residence is conveniently located not far from it, making it a great place for morning runs. He usually lived here and often came for morning jogs.
At first, she could keep pace with him due to her competitive spirit, but as they began to climb uphill, she gradually fell behind, her legs growing tired and the distance between them increasing.
Breathing heavily, she watched the man ahead who had stopped and turned to look back at her, hands on his hips, almost out of breath.
She had to admit that fate had favored this man too much. Not only did he possess an impeccable physique, but he also had a handsome face. Coupled with his innate noble aura, he could wear anything and still exude a unique charm—laziness, nobility, maturity, and elegance—all of which made it hard for anyone to look away.
Today, for their morning run, he wore a white tracksuit paired with white running shoes, making him appear even more graceful and handsome than when he usually donned dark suits.
Her mind felt a bit chaotic, like calm lake water disturbed by a gentle breeze. Finally catching her breath, she started running toward him. Just as she was about to catch up, he lifted his foot and turned to run again.
The early morning forest was very quiet; one could faintly hear the crisp chirping of birds. Away from the pollution of the city, the air was fresh enough to smell the fragrance of the plants in the woods.
On the empty road, only the two of them were running one after the other, their footsteps echoing in the forest.
After finishing their run and returning home, she felt refreshed from sweating after exercise. Green Qi looked at the man ahead who still appeared fresh as ever and then glanced at herself, hair soaked and disheveled. She silently gritted her teeth and sighed at life's unfairness.
She picked up a bathrobe and headed straight to the bathroom to shower. Just as she closed the door without locking it, the man outside took the opportunity to squeeze in. In her stunned expression, he began to undress.
"What are you doing?" Green Qi snapped back to reality, clutching her bathrobe tightly in front of her. She stared at the man who had suddenly appeared in the bathroom. Although it wasn't their first time being alone together, this surprise situation left her feeling bewildered!
"Take a shower!"
Upon seeing him already undressed without a care in the world, Green Qi couldn't help but scream, "Ah ah ah! You exhibitionist! Can't you wait for me to finish before coming in?"
"Where on my body haven't you seen?" He suddenly leaned closer to her, wearing only a pair of pants. His solid physique exuded a strong masculine aura. He held her chin with one hand, teasingly looking at her with her eyes closed, gently curling his lips into a smirk. "To save time, why don't we wash together? It's not like we haven't done it before. Every time you passed out, I was the one who washed you!"
"..." Angrily opening her eyes, she glared at the man who was teasing her, her face flushed as she gritted her teeth, wishing she could pounce on him and bite him!
"When he washed her, she was always unconscious and had no memory of it, so there was naturally no awkwardness. Now that she was fully awake, how could she wash with him!"
