The call of "wife" sent shivers down Green Qi's spine. She shot him an exasperated glance and asked, "Do you have something to say?"
"Is it not okay for me to come in and take a look?" He strolled in with one hand in his pocket, completely ignoring the displeasure on her face.
After being married for so long, she had only visited his home a handful of times, let alone entered his study. Even when they returned to Gu Family Villa, his activities did not include the study.

Glancing at the architectural models on her desk, Jiang Chengmu turned to look at her and pulled over a chair to sit down. "Wife, why don't you come work at my company? Helping outsiders is not as good as helping family!"

Annoyed by his interruption, Green Qi said impatiently, "Jiang Shao, are you free? Hurry up and get your lawyer over here; I'm busy! I have to go to work tomorrow morning. Aren't you busy with the Resort project lately? What’s going on? Do you already have it in the bag?"

Watching his figure disappear at the door, Green Qi finally relaxed.

The more she thought about it, the more her head hurt. She glanced at the messy desk and got up to tidy it.
As expected of Jiang Group's exclusive lawyer, his efficiency was indeed top-notch. Jiang Chengmu had only given a few simple instructions, and by the time he arrived, the lawyer had already drafted two agreements according to Jiang Chengmu's wishes; they just needed signatures to take effect.
