**The Wonderful Adventure of Magical Pets**
In a small town in China, there was a clever and adorable little girl named Xiaomei. Xiaomei had a pair of curious eyes, and she always dreamed of having a special pet.
One day, on her way home, Xiaomei discovered an injured kitten curled up in a corner, looking very lonely. She gently picked up the kitten and decided to take it home to care for it.

One day, heavy rain suddenly fell on the town, causing the river to swell and threatening the town's safety.

Xiao Ming followed the scientist as they toured different corners of the future city. They rode on high-speed maglev trains, experienced virtual reality classrooms, and tasted delicious food prepared by robot chefs.
"This food is really tasty! Can robots really be chefs?" Xiao Ming asked in surprise.
"Of course, robots can learn various cooking techniques to provide people with healthy and delicious meals," the scientist replied.
During one visit, Xiao Ming discovered a smart waste sorting center. The center's robots could automatically identify trash and send it to the correct processing facilities.
"Our future city places great emphasis on environmental protection; waste sorting is everyone's responsibility," the scientist said.
Xiao Ming realized that although the future city was technologically advanced, people still needed to care for the environment and protect the Earth. "I want to be a little guardian of the environment too!" Xiao Ming declared firmly.
The scientist praised Xiao Ming's awareness of environmental protection and took him to visit a green space in the city center. There were various plants and animals, creating a natural oasis within the city.
When Xiao Ming finished his visit and returned to his own time, he brought back many memories and knowledge about the future city.
"Mom, I went to a future city, and it was amazing!" Xiao Ming excitedly described his adventure to his mother. "What did you learn?" his mother asked curiously. "I learned about the power of technology and the importance of protecting the environment," Xiao Ming answered seriously.
