So I described the appearance of the bicycle in great detail to him. After listening for a long time, the king said, "Are you saying that your bicycle looks somewhat like a horse?" I nodded. The king then asked, "Is your bicycle made of iron or wood?" I replied, "It's made of steel..." The king continued, "Iron horse, wooden horse, steel horse... Could it be that your bicycle is a new kind of weapon?" I said, "No, no, it's just a means of transportation; it has no offensive capabilities." After hearing this, the king nodded.
He said, "Alright, I have no more questions. You can stay." I was very happy and quickly bowed to the king, thanking him for his hospitality. The king laughed heartily and patted my shoulder, saying, "No need to thank me. You can stay in the Stone Oven Kingdom from now on. We can eat, drink, have fun together, hunt together, and live together!"
And so, I stayed in the Stone Oven Kingdom. The area of the Stone Oven Kingdom is not large, only about ten square kilometers, with a population of just over twenty thousand people, comparable to a small town. The architectural style of the Stone Oven Kingdom is quite unique; all the houses are made of stone with pointed roofs, resembling small stone towers.
The citizens of the Stone Oven Kingdom are very friendly; they all wear clothes made from animal skins and some adorn themselves with decorations such as necklaces and bracelets. My days in the Stone Oven Kingdom were quite pleasant. I would play near the palace every day, sometimes playing ball or hide-and-seek with the soldiers and other times chatting and singing with the maidens. Life here was much happier compared to my previous days spent alone at home.
After staying here for a few days, one day the king suddenly summoned all the citizens to announce something. "My subjects!" the king proclaimed loudly, "I have just received news that our neighboring Long-Nosed Kingdom has agreed to form an alliance with us! From now on, we will no longer be bullied by them!" Upon hearing this, all the citizens cheered. The king waved his hand for silence and continued, "To celebrate our victory, I will host a grand banquet tonight. Everyone is invited to join!" Once again, the citizens cheered. That evening, the banquet began.
This was my first banquet at the Stone Oven Kingdom, and it was also my first time tasting the food from the Stone Oven Kingdom.
Before the banquet began, the band from the Stone Oven Kingdom started playing music. The tunes were very peculiar, with strange melodies that had no discernible rhythm, and I couldn't understand the lyrics they were singing. The quality of the instruments was poor; some produced sharp, piercing sounds, while others had deep, hoarse tones, and some were just noisy and chaotic, making it quite unpleasant to listen to.
In short, the music left me feeling agitated and uncomfortable. I was eagerly anticipating a delicious meal at the banquet.
Finally, the banquet started, and the servants began to bring out dish after dish. I couldn't help but drool. The spread was lavish, featuring roasted meats, stews, boiled meats, steamed meats, and much more. There were also many vegetables and fruits that I had never seen before; they had bizarre shapes, with some vegetables covered in thorns and some fruits resembling snakes.
