The man suddenly fell silent.
Shouldn't a person who was forcibly rescued from drowning be crying and begging to go back? Shouldn't they be lamenting their fate with tears? How could they be smiling?

Mo Li looked up at him and asked with a smile, "Are you done? Can I have my turn to speak now?"
Standing face to face on the beach, Mo Li realized he was very tall, almost a head taller than her.
In contrast to his height, his shoulders were broad.
With droplets of water glistening on his tanned skin, he gave off a sense of safety and solidity.
Seeing her brighter smile, the man was momentarily taken aback.
Crossing his arms in a huff, he said, "I'm done. You can go ahead."
Mo Li pointed at the bag on the rocks and asked, "Have you ever seen someone who wants to die carefully place their bag in a spot where it won't get splashed by the waves?"
The man shook his head.
Mo Li pointed to himself again.
"Have you ever seen someone who wants to die just calmly stay underwater, not struggling or choking?"
The man shook his head again.
Mo Li confidently placed his hands on his hips.
"Have you ever seen someone who almost committed suicide still able to smile like me?"
The man stared wide-eyed, unable to speak, his handsome face seeming to twitch slightly.
"Hahaha, even the boss has moments when he can't find the words."
"Yeah, yeah, today has truly opened my eyes."
On the rocks ahead, two heads suddenly appeared, pointing and laughing at the man in front of Mo Li.
The two were about the same age as the man, appearing to be in their twenties, with only half of their bodies visible above the rocks.
One was casually dressed in a T-shirt, while the other wore a shirt, looking refined like an office worker.
The man beside Mo Li casually glanced at them.
"You two can continue talking if you feel too energetic."
The two men behind the rocks let out a strange cry and pulled their heads back, disappearing from sight.
Mo Li shook her head and walked toward the rock where she had placed her bag.
Just as she took two steps, her arm was suddenly grabbed again.
The man examined her and said, "I've never seen someone looking for death, so I don't know what they should look like. However, I've never seen anyone dressed like this come to swim."
