With a snort, he said, "Otherwise, just wait to see the show your wife puts on."
As he spoke, the sound of fabric tearing echoed.
But there was no sound from Mo Li; she probably had her mouth covered.
Ji Yan replied, "Let me think for a moment. Maybe I have other ways to help you vent your frustration."

Ji Yan remained silent.
From behind the broken machine came Ji Yutong's voice, seemingly calling for his father, but it was unclear.
Then a deep male voice followed.
The voice was very low, making it hard to discern what was being said.
However, no one present doubted that it was just Ji Yan comforting the child.
Behind the machine, the voices of the man and the girl continued without pause.
"Ni Laohai," growing impatient, shouted, "You're supposed to be a man, why are you dragging your feet like this? What are you doing comforting a child at a time like this? If you don't come out soon, I'm going to take your wife."
As soon as he finished speaking, he heard Ji Yan's voice from behind him.
"Go ahead and try."
With that, two gunshots rang out, followed by two cries of agony.
Ni Laohai was startled; years of fighting experience kicked in, and he couldn't afford to turn around to see what was happening.
He quickly rolled to the side and hid behind a machine.
Just as he got into position, a bullet whizzed past where he had just been standing, hitting the iron railing.
That was close; if he had hesitated even a moment longer, he would have been dead.
However, another one of his subordinates next to him wasn't so lucky. He was hit by a bullet, toppled over the guardrail, and fell to the ground below.
Ni Laohai was confused. Ji Yan had clearly been behind that broken machine; how did he suddenly end up on the platform?
And he had even killed several of his men.
It turned out that Ji Yan had just saved Ji Yutong and, upon arriving behind the abandoned machines, he immediately spotted Xiao Ran hiding there.
While Ji Yan was engaged in a fight with Ni Laohai, Xiao Ran had secretly maneuvered from behind several machines to get to this spot unnoticed.
Just now, when Ji Yutong was thrown down, he almost wanted to disregard the danger and rush to save her.
