"What's wrong? Not understanding?" Long Yong said gently, tapping the exercise book with his pen, a warm smile on his face.
Rao Jie immediately looked apologetic. "Sorry, senior. I didn't sleep well last night."
Long Yong's expression turned slightly worried. "If you haven't rested well, we can talk about it tomorrow."
Rao Jie shook his head, patting his own face to focus. "No, I can't afford to waste time, and I don't want to keep delaying your time either."
Long Yong chuckled helplessly. "I have nothing to waste. By the way, if you can keep up with this exercise book, we can finish it tomorrow. What are your plans after that? Let me know so I can help you design a review schedule."
Rao Jie paused, confused. "After that?"
Long Yong smiled indulgently and lightly tapped Rao Jie's forehead with his pen. "Didn't we talk about this yesterday? I'm helping you review math at the request of Old President. You still have a lot of room for improvement in math before the exam, so I'll continue tutoring you."
Rao Jie quickly shook his head in reflex. "Ah, no... Actually, I already found a tutor before; it's just that he hasn't been available lately, which is why I'm studying at school."
"I see," Long Yong replied knowingly. "So you just want me to help you with this workbook?"
Rao Jie felt a bit embarrassed. "Sorry for not being clear. By the way, I'll bring you Tiramisu tomorrow."
Long Yong pressed his lips together and nodded, then added, "Actually, you might want to consider this: if I explain things better than that tutor, why not let me tutor you instead? Don't worry about bothering me; I was planning on doing this anyway, and I really enjoy teaching math."
Rao Jie looked surprised. "Senior, you're such a good person!"
Long Yong smiled at being unexpectedly labeled a good person. "Yes, I enjoy helping others! So think about it."
Meanwhile, Wu Rong and Ye Ming were passing by the study room.
Ye Ming asked curiously, "Hey, why are you here again today? Didn't you find all the materials yesterday?"
"No," Wu Rong replied while glancing towards the study room.
"What’s going on? Did you run into a tough problem? You can't afford any slip-ups in these last few days!" Though they kept walking, Ye Ming accidentally stepped in front of Wu Rong and turned back to ask, "Why are you walking so slowly?"
"My foot hurts."

Feeling puzzled, Ye Ming slowed down to match Wu Rong's pace. But suddenly, Wu Rong stopped in his tracks and wouldn’t move.
Ye Ming turned back to see Wu Rong staring intently at the study room with a furrowed brow, as if he were facing an unsolvable math problem from his youth.
"What's wrong?"
Ye Ming followed Wu Rong's gaze and, before he could react, felt Wu Rong rush past him like a gust of wind, followed by his cold, hard voice.
"Let's go!"
Wu Rong was acting so strangely that Ye Ming couldn't help but pay attention. He took a closer look at the place Wu Rong had just been looking at.
Suddenly, he spotted two familiar figures.
As the head of the Mathematics Department, how could he not recognize Long Yong?
And beside him was... Rao Jie!
Ye Ming furrowed his brow slightly, as if he had discovered something interesting.
Although Ye Ming tried various indirect approaches afterward, Wu Rong remained unfazed, making this intriguing situation lose its appeal.
