My Thai Dealer Career

In recent years, discussions about Thai amulets, spirit dolls, and ghostly entities have become increasingly popular, even among many celebrities. It seems to have formed a trend. However, the reality is quite complex; most of what you have seen, heard, or purchased is likely fake and misleading. 0

I can say this with confidence because my family is involved in this business. However, due to a series of unfortunate events related to selling spirit dolls last year, we halted all transactions and have only just begun to recover. Today, with some free time on my hands, I want to share my experiences along with those of my clients with friends who are curious about these topics. I must emphasize that there are many taboos associated with raising spirit dolls; violating these taboos usually leads to dire consequences. 0

A few years ago, I had a client named Mr. Liu, who worked for a state-owned enterprise. By chance, he developed feelings for a rich girl. This in itself was not an issue, but the rich girl had a penchant for adventure and her circle of friends was quite diverse. 0

Most of her friends looked down on Mr. Liu, mocking him and even getting into physical altercations on several occasions. The rich girl herself was merely bored with the same old routine and wanted to try something new; she did not truly love him. 0

As time went on, Mr. Liu became frustrated. Hearing that it was popular in Thailand to offer amulets, raise spirit dolls, and perform curses, he reached out to me for help. I asked him, "Do you want to take a soft approach or a hard one?" 0

He seemed confused and asked, "What do you mean by soft or hard?" 0

I chuckled and said that men usually understand such things. Of course, I was joking; what I really meant was that if he wanted a soft approach, he could get a Kuman or an authentic amulet to worship at home. Over time, his career would flourish and his girlfriend would genuinely fall in love with him. 0

He then asked, "How long does 'over time' usually take?" 0

This is a question I find myself answering repeatedly each month: "It varies; it could be a few months or even several years." 0

At that moment, Mr. Liu was so frustrated that he couldn't wait for years; even a few days felt too long! Naturally, he opted for the harder approach. 0

Since he had made up his mind, I happened to have just acquired a spirit doll from a Thai Ajarn Master at that time and sold it to him. Many people mistakenly believe that spirit dolls are merely the corpses of infants; in reality, only Kuman represents pure human remains. For other spirit dolls, as long as there is an evil spirit involved, anything will suffice. 0

The spirit doll sold to Mr. Liu was called Cat Spirit Talismans; it was created from a cat that died in a traffic accident. A ritual was performed at the intersection where it died, followed by decapitating the head and mixing it with sacred powder and black-red incense ash. The Achan would chant sutras daily for three months before sealing it with wax and binding it with thread to stabilize its spiritual essence. Additionally, seven black cat corpse oils were added; the mixture included both powdered remains of multiple cats and whole cats, making it a very potent spirit doll. 0

The lives that were cut short often carry resentment; therefore, the effectiveness of these Cat Spirit Talismans is quite strong. They can obscure others' vision so that they see only you and love only you. Besides enhancing romantic prospects, they also have strong financial attraction effects since they are akin to lucky cats. 0

The little spirit was placed in a transparent jar by Achan, sealed with wax inscriptions. Mr. Liu took it home, and after three months, he called me, sounding very happy. He said, "She accepted my proposal yesterday, and I just received notice today that I've been promoted to Office Director!" 0

I was naturally pleased that the client was happy, but I reminded him to fulfill his promise. At that time, Mr. Liu hesitated on the phone and deliberately changed the subject. I didn't think much of it; after all, many people are straightforward when they ask for help but act like thieves afterward, afraid to let anything slip. 0

However, two months later, the person who had initially contacted me on Mr. Liu's behalf suddenly called me, very angry, asking what was going on. He said Mr. Liu had gotten into a fight at work and his boss had put him on an extended leave. It seemed unlikely he would return to his position. Moreover, his girlfriend had been drugged and assaulted, and they had broken up. He was furious and intended to come to me for retribution but was persuaded not to. 0

I felt confused; everything seemed fine just two months ago—how could such drastic changes happen so suddenly? 0

With the client's best interests in mind, I personally went to Mr. Liu's house to check things out. After looking around the house several times, I couldn't find the Cat Spirit Talismans. When I asked the visibly irritated Mr. Liu, I learned that after his girlfriend agreed to marry him, he feared it would raise suspicions or odd looks from her family, so he threw the Cat Spirit away into a garbage pile and now had no idea where it ended up. 0

So not only was there no promise to fulfill, but even the offering was gone. 0

Any little spirit has strong backlash power alongside its effectiveness. In other words, they are more vengeful than Kuman spirits and hold grudges more fiercely. If you treat them poorly or are insincere when fulfilling your promises, you may face backlash—let alone throwing them away like trash. In this regard, clients from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are much better than those from mainland China; at least I haven't heard of anyone daring to throw away a little spirit. 0

I angrily scolded him, saying, "If you want to die so badly, just say so—don't drag me into it!" 0

Mr. Liu stubbornly replied, "It's just a broken jar; what's so great about it? I'm already unlucky and lost my girlfriend—what else can happen? I might as well pretend I never raised it!" 0

I usually don't have a good attitude toward ignorant people like him and said, "Do you think a few days of bad luck will make this go away? There's no such thing as an easy way out!" 0

Mr. Liu looked defiant and said, "I paid for that little spirit; if I want to throw it away, I will! What can you do about it?" 0

I sneered and said, "You haven't offended me; why would I want to kill you? But that Cat Spirit Talismans will definitely not let you off easily. The bad luck you've faced is just the beginning; before long, it will entangle you until you die!" 0

Mr. Liu was startled by my words; he had never considered that raising a little spirit could have such severe consequences. Seeing his skepticism, I asked, "Haven't you encountered any other strange occurrences besides your bad luck lately?" 0

Mr. Liu was taken aback for a moment, and suddenly seemed to remember something. He quickly said, "After I threw away the Cat Spirit talisman, I often heard a cat's mournful cries under my bed late at night. But when I turned on the light to check, there was nothing there. Sometimes, I even felt a heavy weight on me, as if a ghost was pressing down on me. The next day when I woke up, I always found several marks on my chest that looked like cat claws." 0

Later, he got into an argument with someone at work and punched them in the nose, resulting in an eight-thousand-dollar compensation. After this financial loss, he learned that his girlfriend had been drugged and assaulted. His life quickly fell from its peak into a low point. 0

As he spoke, he unbuttoned his shirt, and I saw that the marks on his chest resembled those left by a small cat lying on him, although the color wasn't very dark yet. 0

I said, "The claw marks on you are the backlash from the Cat Spirit talisman. It seems to want to attach itself to you for some reason, but since you are a man with strong yang energy in your body, it hasn't been able to occupy you completely due to time constraints. When the marks turn as dark as ink and eventually draw blood one day, then you will undoubtedly die." 0

Mr. Liu's face changed immediately, but I didn't understand and asked him, "Normally speaking, while Cat Spirit talismans are indeed yin in nature, they shouldn't cause such strong backlash. Only a few rare yin tokens or minor spirits can leave such backlash marks on a person. Be honest with me; is there something else you're hiding?" 0

Mr. Liu hesitated for a long time before finally saying, "No." 0

I replied, "If that's the case, then we have nothing more to discuss. Goodbye." 0

Seeing that I was really about to leave, Mr. Liu became flustered and awkwardly told me that before he threw away the Cat Spirit talismans, something difficult to talk about had indeed happened. 0

At that time, he had already moved in with the Rich Girl, and they had been living together in that house for some time. One day, while Mr. Liu was at work, the Rich Girl became bored and started rummaging around the house. She knew about the Cat Spirit talisman Mr. Liu kept but was unfamiliar with amulets and didn't understand what minor spirits were. 0

So while Mr. Liu was away, she secretly took down the transparent jar containing the Cat Spirit talismans. When she opened it, she saw a piece of black fur mixed with rotten flesh and blood that smelled terrible, along with some thick unknown liquid. 0

The Rich Girl was spoiled and had never seen anything like this; she immediately felt nauseous and vomited. She thought Mr. Liu was insane for keeping such rotten flesh for no reason. Therefore, she casually threw the jar containing the Cat Spirit talismans into the bathroom trash can. 0
