What is a little spirit? It refers to those who died unexpectedly and cannot reincarnate—Vengeful Spirits—they are inherently malicious towards people and things in this world. However, the Ajan Master bound their actions with magic and Invocation Spells, forcing them to serve humans.
But as a popular saying goes on the mainland: Leave some room for others; you may meet again in the future.
While binding the Vengeful Spirit, Achan also established a condition for it to vent its malice. That is, as long as it helps you fulfill your wish, you must in turn satisfy its demands. If you break your promise or show it disrespect, the spirit can come out to cause trouble, which is known as backlash.
For the spirits, taboos are not trivial; something that seems very minor to you might be a grave sin in their eyes. After all, they are evil spirits, and this is one of the biggest downsides of raising them.

With confusion, I continued to read on. In the diary entry from the day before the holiday, Guo Senior wrote: "Xiaomei is really angry. He made a wish to the Love Binding Charm: "Please bring Xiaomei back; I don’t want to lose her. I want to be with her every day. As long as this wish can be fulfilled, I will promise you anything!"
Guo Senior indeed told me that he had broken up with Senior Sister once, but not long after, she went to find him in the countryside every day for reconciliation. Could this be the power of the spirit? That’s impressive…
Flipping back through the diary, I indeed found an entry about Senior Sister visiting him. Guo Senior wrote passionately; he believed he had gained the whole world. So he happily offered more offerings to the Love Binding Charm and asked what it wanted. The Love Binding Charm couldn’t speak, so of course it couldn’t tell him.
From that day on, whenever he was with Senior Sister, he would bring along the Love Binding Charm. Even more astonishingly, Senior Sister, who had previously despised the Love Binding Charm, now didn’t mention it at all when she saw it. Guo Senior was very excited and felt that all contradictions had been resolved; good days were about to come.
