Chen Shuhua opened the suitcase and saw various surgical instruments neatly arranged inside, their blades gleaming coldly. Beneath these instruments lay a stack of documents.
Chen Shuhua picked up the documents and began to flip through them, her expression growing increasingly grim. The files contained extensive records of human organ trafficking, and the parties involved were none other than Richard Miller, the director of a local private hospital in Flower Town!
"Damn it!" Chen Shuhua shouted, slamming the documents onto the ground. "It's Richard Miller again! That bastard!"
Tu Shen picked up the documents, his expression also turning serious. He knew that Richard Miller was a well-known philanthropist in Flower Town, held in high regard by the community. But he never expected that Richard Miller's true nature could be so vile!
"Chen Shuhua, what should we do now?" Tu Shen asked.
Chen Shuhua took a deep breath, struggling to control her anger. "Right now, we don't have enough evidence to accuse Richard Miller, and he definitely has greater forces behind him. We can't alert him."
A glint of coldness flashed in Chen Shuhua's eyes. "Tu Shen, notify the police department and prepare for an arrest operation! This time, I want to bring these people to justice!"
Chen Shuhua clenched her fists, her eyes filled with rage and determination.
"We need to devise a meticulous plan; we can't let him suspect anything," Chen Shuhua said, her brow furrowed as she stared intently at the scattered documents on the ground, her tone icy as if speaking to herself.
Tu Shen nodded in agreement and took out his phone from his pocket, dialing the police department.
Three days later, outside an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of Flower Town, several police cars were parked discreetly. Officers in bulletproof vests and armed with weapons stood ready, the atmosphere tense.
Chen Shuhua and Tu Shen hid behind an SUV, closely observing the movements around the warehouse. Chen Shuhua's brow was furrowed, his expression serious, as his fingers rhythmically tapped on the car window.
"Chen Shuhua, are you sure they will make the deal tonight?" Tu Shen asked in a low voice, anxiously rubbing his hands.
"Richard Miller's private doctor contacted me today, saying there is a batch of 'special goods' that needs my personal inspection, right here at ten o'clock tonight," Chen Shuhua replied quietly, his eyes never leaving the warehouse entrance. "Moreover, I found out that one of Richard Miller's shell companies transfers a large sum of money overseas every month, and the receiving account is quite suspicious."
"It seems your suspicion was correct; this Richard Miller is indeed involved in organ trafficking!" Tu Shen realized, tightening his grip on his gun.
"Shh!" Chen Shuhua gestured for silence, his gaze fixed on the entrance of the warehouse. A black sedan slowly approached and stopped at the warehouse door.
"They're here!" Chen Shuhua whispered, signaling Tu Shen to get ready.
The car door opened, and Richard Miller stepped out, flanked by two bodyguards in black suits, heading straight for the warehouse entrance.
"Action!" Chen Shuhua commanded, rushing out from cover.
Tu Shen and the other officers quickly followed suit, surrounding the entire warehouse. The warehouse door was forcefully slammed open as Chen Shuhua and Tu Shen led the charge inside.
Inside the brightly lit warehouse, several people in white lab coats were busy at work, and on a surgical table lay several unconscious individuals. Chen Shuhua immediately recognized one of them—his wife who had been missing for days!
"Chen Lily!" Chen Shuhua shouted in disbelief, rushing towards the surgical table without hesitation.
"Capture them! Leave none behind!" Tu Shen yelled, charging towards those in white lab coats with the police.
Seeing this, Richard Miller's face changed dramatically, and he turned to run away.
"Trying to escape? Not so easy!" Chen Shuhua grabbed Richard Miller by the collar and slammed him hard to the ground.
"Dr. Chen Shuhua, what are you doing?!" Richard Miller struggled to get up, a hint of panic flashing in his eyes.
"Richard Miller, you are suspected of participating in organ trafficking, and you are under arrest!" Chen Shuhua shouted angrily, twisting Richard Miller's hands behind his back and cuffing him.
"I didn't do it! You're slandering me!" Richard Miller protested loudly.
"The evidence is conclusive, leaving no room for your defense!" Chen Shuhua said coldly, pulling a USB drive from his pocket. "This contains all the evidence against you, including proof that you killed my wife!"
Richard Miller's face instantly turned pale, filled with despair and fear.
