Looking at her reflection, Wushuang suddenly felt a sharp pain in her heart, tears streaming down her face. She walked to the bedside and took out the Phoenix Pendant that resembled it. She had already been infected by this world.
Gradually, she had pushed aside the deaths of her father and General Longze. She was a sinner, a bad woman, a cunning person who would stop at nothing. To have just one day of happiness outside, she had shamelessly thrown herself at someone. When did she become like this?

"My Wushuang, did you miss me?" As soon as he returned to the room, he took off the bothersome mask and pulled Wushuang tightly into his arms, affectionately kissing her small lips.
"Thank you for agreeing to my request." Wushuang wasn't as enthusiastic as he had expected. Her tear-stained eyes met his bright gaze; although the traces of tears on her face had been washed away, the signs of having cried still lingered on her cheeks.
Rafas reached out to cup her nearly perfect face and leaned down to kiss her forehead. The natural fragrance that enveloped her was so pleasant, and his treasure was just that captivating to him.
"What happened? Why were you crying? Am I not good enough for you?" Rafas had a suspicion about why she was upset; he just wanted her to tell him directly.
Looking into his questioning eyes, Wushuang lowered her head and weakly replied, "I miss home, and I miss my father and the Empress!"
Home seemed like a distant concept to him. He had never known what home was since childhood. Where was his home?
Rafas had been raised like an assassin, never knowing who his parents were. He only knew that he was raised by the leader of Solomon, but he was not family; he was merely the leader!
"Baby, do you still not realize your situation? Your Great Yan Kingdom has long been destroyed. I don't care how you came to this world; in any case, you are now mine, Rafas, so stop dreaming about going back to your so-called home!" Rafas fixed his dark gaze on her. From now on, she could only stay by his side as his woman.
Tears began to well up in Wushuang's eyes again, and drops of hurt fell down her cheeks. She knew she couldn't go back; did that mean she wasn't even allowed a little nostalgia?
This man was truly overbearing and despicable; he even wanted to strip her of this small right!
After watching her for a long time, Rafas finally said, "Forget it; anyway, you can't go back. But from now on, don’t mention it in front of me, understood?"
"Mm..." Wushuang obediently nodded. She had no right to resist him and no strength to oppose him.
He loved how obedient she was. Pulling her into his embrace, he whispered in her ear, "I've already asked Shouya to prepare things. Tomorrow I'll take you camping by the sea."

"Yes, I'm ready!" Wushuang replied, putting on the clothes she had prepared the day before. She followed him downstairs and got into the car, heading towards the beach.
Along the way, Wushuang curiously gazed out the window. The world outside was truly fascinating. Every day she was confined in that magnificent castle. Although she lived a luxurious life, her curious heart longed to explore the beautiful and vibrant world outside.
Rafas couldn't help but laugh at her naive expression. Mike glanced at his smiling master in the rearview mirror. Ever since Miss Wushuang arrived, his master's life seemed to have become more interesting; his face no longer bore that constant coldness. Perhaps Miss Wushuang was meant to change him!
"Is it really that beautiful outside?" he asked, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his face against her neck.
"The houses are so tall and beautiful! I've never seen anything like this!" she exclaimed excitedly, like a curious child.
"Silly girl, can these compare to our castle?" Rafas said as he looked out the window with her, inhaling her fragrance and feeling particularly cheerful.
Yan Wushuang didn't respond; she continued to admire the scenery outside. She had to admit that this world was truly amazing. If she hadn't seen it with her own eyes and experienced it firsthand, she would never have believed all of this was real!
Everywhere there were tall buildings, and on the roads were large boxes that moved—no, they should be called cars!
The people here dressed casually and simply; some women's clothing was even embarrassingly revealing, which was hard for her as an ancient princess to accept.
The clothes Rafas prepared for her were more conservative long dresses; he never shared his things with anyone, especially not with her!
In front of them was a black car protecting a luxurious extended Mercedes in the middle. With Rafas's status, he would always become a target wherever he went.
The vehicle drove out of the suburbs towards the beach. It was the weekend, so many people were out enjoying themselves, but Faisal had forcibly driven them all away; today this place belonged solely to them—no outsiders were allowed!
The car slowly arrived at their destination for the day. Faisal, Shouya, and Ieyako had already been waiting there. When Wushuang got out of the car and saw the ocean view before her, a rare smile appeared on her face!
"Wow, this place is so beautiful! I've never seen such a stunning view in my life!" She exclaimed, having never left the palace before. The ordinary seaside scenery was particularly captivating to her.
When Ieyako saw Wushuang arrive, she immediately put down her work and ran over. "Wushuang, you finally made it! Look how beautiful it is here! I believe it will be even more stunning by evening!"
"Yes, I'm really looking forward to it," Wushuang replied with a smile, her curiosity piqued as she spotted the tents set up along the shore and rushed over to explore.
Rafas stood in place, watching her joyful expression. It was surprising how easily satisfied she was; who would have thought that such a simple camping trip could bring her so much happiness?
A group of people were busy setting up tents and preparing meals. They had even brought the chef along, planning to camp out for the night and leave early the next morning.
In a seaside villa, Smith Annie felt particularly displeased upon hearing that he had taken that woman out for a day of fun. Looking at herself in the mirror, she noticed that she had nearly recovered. She packed a few sets of sexy clothes and a bikini and headed towards their location. Today, she wanted to see what kind of woman could captivate her man so completely.
Even if Rafas disliked her, legally she was still his Lady Ray, a fact that couldn't be changed. A seductress was still a seductress; no matter how clever her tactics were, she remained an unashamed temptress!
After exploring curiously for a while, Yan Wushuang followed Ieyako to take off their shoes and play by the sea. Eight bodyguards kept a close watch on everything around them; with Solomon's leader and base chief present, they certainly couldn't afford to be careless!
Rafas and Faisal lounged on beach chairs soaking up the sun while Shouya joined the two girls in splashing around in the water. Watching one big man join in their fun was quite amusing for both men.
"Sharl, did you end up with that troublesome woman?" Rafas suddenly recalled what Wushuang had said to him a few days ago and figured this guy must have charmed that troublesome woman but didn't clean his act up afterward.
"What do you mean by that? Do I need your approval to be with a woman?" Faisal responded somewhat evasively, feeling the weight of Rafas's words.
"Nothing much. Since you say so, it must mean you've taken her! I'm just curious; our leader Faisal is known for not being involved with women—how did he suddenly turn into a wolf?" Rafas looked at him with amusement, seemingly mocking him intentionally.
