"No one told me. The news reports are so detailed, saying that the reason you two broke up is because of me, right?" She looked at him innocently, wanting to know the answer from his lips. 0

Rafas raised an eyebrow. News? Damn it, those bastards must be tired of living! 0

"What happened between that bitch and me has nothing to do with you. You should stay by my side obediently. If you dare to run away and defy me again, you should understand the consequences," a cold voice echoed above Wushuang. Was it really as he said? 0

"Lefas, I..." She wanted to say something more, but as soon as she opened her mouth, Rafas sealed her lips. 0

"Mm..." Rafas pressed her down, their bodies tightly pressed together. He didn't want to waste words on such matters; the most straightforward way was to show her through action that she was now his woman. 0

"My Shuang'er baby, remember my words: you are mine, and only mine. No matter what happens, you must stay by my side. Don't even think about leaving me; that is absolutely impossible!" As their clothes fell away, their bare bodies intertwined, the man wore a wicked smile as he breathed hotly into her ear. 0

"I... remember..." She gazed at him dreamily, the mask on her face had been removed, revealing the familiar scar before her eyes once again. But she didn't care and pressed closely against him. 0

"Very good, my obedient girl!" Rafas enjoyed the feeling of caressing her with satisfaction. 0

The passionate springtime in the bedroom lasted until evening when everything finally calmed down. 0

The woman in his arms would faint after each bout of intimacy and was now curled up in his embrace, sleeping soundly. Rafas looked at her peaceful face while his mind raced with ways to deal with those reporters. 0

A week had passed since the incident, but curiosity about Yan Wushuang had not diminished; instead, it intensified their desire to find her whereabouts. This forced Rafas to take action and apply pressure on them. After acquiring all the newspapers and magazines under Monica's name, he finally quelled the storm. 0

In Japan, Yamamoto Ryuichi tried every possible way to get close to Yan Wushuang. However, news from Las Vegas indicated that she was being protected by Rafas within an ancient castle. The castle was heavily fortified; in addition to a large number of bodyguards, there were many hidden pinhole cameras. The castle was vast, making it nearly impossible for outsiders to easily grasp the terrain inside. 0

Yamamoto Ryuichi repeatedly watched videos of Wushuang dancing gracefully, reminding him of her fifteenth birthday when she danced in the grand hall to express her gratitude to everyone. Since that time, she had occupied his heart entirely. 0

Every smile and every gesture of hers still reminded him of that noble and ethereal Princess Wushuang. But things had changed; this was no longer the Great Yan Kingdom they were familiar with. He was no longer Long Ze, who once devoted himself to protecting the country. Now he needed to strengthen Yamaguchi-gumi for one purpose: for his princess! 0

"Shuang'er, you must live well. We will meet soon, believe me!" Holding the Dragon-Shaped Jade Pendant that belonged to him, seeing it was like seeing his longed-for Shuang'er. 0

He would never forget the vow made that day; one day, he would proudly marry Shuang'er as his wife! 0

Looking at the planned itinerary, he believed that Rafas would definitely appear at the Charity Auction held in New York next month. He eagerly awaited that day. 0

Although some controversies were suppressed by Rafas, the attention on Yan Wushuang online remained fervent. The title Fairy Sister suited her perfectly, as she had not appeared in public since that night. 0

Mina had been blacklisted by Rafas, and the teacher who was supposed to instruct Wushuang was replaced. Wushuang obediently stayed at home as usual. Occasionally, he would take her to chat with Yezi or take her out for fun, but only to places that were not crowded, usually vacation spots. 0

The afternoon sun was bright. To keep her occupied, Rafas had arranged for her a dance room, a piano room, and a studio in the castle. 0

Mina did not come to teach her dance; it seemed she was not in the mood to learn. Fortunately, even the teacher was absent, so Wushuang occasionally practiced solo in the dance room to pass the time. 0

She never knew she could paint. It seemed Rafas had discovered many of her talents. In the studio, Wushuang adjusted the watercolor she needed and spent the entire morning locked inside, finally completing her artwork. 0

It was a landscape painting of Scenic Mountains and Rivers. She herself did not know how she suddenly created such a piece; she rarely went outside and had never seen such beautiful scenery as depicted in her painting. Yet, there had always been a scene in her mind. Unconsciously, her hand followed her thoughts, quickly sketching out this Scenic Landscape Painting. 0

Switching to a blank sheet of paper, what should she paint next? Closing her eyes and meditating in her mind, she could not help but put down the colored brush and picked up a Sketch Pen instead, as if enchanted, beginning to draw on her canvas. 0

Flowing long hair, a strong and handsome profile, gentle eyes filled with love—at that moment, a man's face appeared in her mind. The pen tip continuously sketched out the man's features on the canvas, becoming clearer and clearer until she completed the final stroke. Yan Wushuang was stunned by what she saw. 0

Who could this man be? He seemed like an ancient figure; could he be an actor from a television drama? But she had no impression of this face and could not remember who he was. 0

The door of the studio was left open. When Rafas returned from the base, the housekeeper informed him that she had been locked inside the studio painting all day long, only leaving for lunch. 0

"Baby, what have you been painting locked in the Studio all day?" Rafas asked, looking at her with some surprise as he approached her. 0

"You’re back." Yan Wushuang stood up and moved closer to him, obediently allowing him to embrace her, happily showing him the Scenic Landscape Painting she had completed that morning. 0

Rafas looked at her creation and had to admit that she was truly talented. It seemed that this Princess Wushuang was indeed not just a pretty face. 0

"Did you really only paint this one piece all day?" He lifted her chin and lightly brushed his lips against hers. 0

"Of course not! I also painted a Sketch portrait earlier. Do you want to see it?" Wushuang looked at him with her watery, ethereal eyes, smiling as she pulled him toward the easel, pointing at the freshly completed Sketch portrait. 0

As Rafas focused on it, his expression darkened immediately. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, but then suddenly released her, took the Sketch from the easel, and tore it apart right in front of her! 0

"Lefas... What are you doing? Why did you tear up my painting?" Wushuang exclaimed, rushing forward to retrieve it. This was a piece she had worked hard on for a long time; how could he just destroy it? 0

Rafas loathed this man. His face beneath the Silver Mask grew increasingly ferocious as he shredded the artwork into pieces and stomped on them. His cold, merciless voice warned her: "You are not allowed to paint any more Sketches, especially of people. Do you understand?" 0

"Why can't I?" Wushuang looked at him with tearful eyes, confused about what had happened to him. 0

"Don't ask why! If I say no, then it's no!" He threw the last remnants of the torn paper onto the ground and left the Studio without further explanation. 0

Wushuang gazed sorrowfully at her destroyed work. How could he do this? It was just a Sketch of an ancient man; why was he so angry? If he was upset about her drawing another man, it was merely a product of her imagination. He was being unreasonable! 0

Squatting on the floor, she picked up the torn pieces he had discarded, tears streaming down her face. What had she done wrong? 0

In the study on the top floor, Rafas gulped down a glass of whiskey. He wondered if she had regained her memories. If not, how could she have painted that man's portrait? Whether he went by Long Ze or Yamamoto Ryuichi, he knew that the man she painted was him! 0

He remembered that face very clearly, especially the pair of eyes glaring at him, filled with resentment. It was still vivid in his mind... 0

Scenic Landscape Painting? A portrait? The thought made Rafas furious, and he threw the wine glass in his hand, which shattered with a loud bang, the once intact crystal glass now lying in pieces on the floor. 0

He was certain that the Scenic Landscape Painting must have come from the Great Yan Kingdom, and that man's portrait... had she really regained her memory? 0

Furrowing his brow, he immediately left the study and rushed back to the Studio to find her. At that moment, Yan Wushuang was still lamenting over her painting, a sentimental person by nature, silently shedding tears for a piece of art. 0

When Rafas reappeared in the Studio, he saw her holding the pile of fragments, crying sorrowfully. His anger flared even more as he stepped forward and snatched the shards from her hands, taking out a lighter and burning them right before her eyes. He had no intention of sparing that Scenic Landscape Painting either. 0

“What are you doing? You can't burn my painting! Don't burn my painting!” Wushuang quickly grabbed her artwork and hid by the window, where the light flooded in since most of the windows were wide open. 0

After disposing of the shards, Rafas turned around, ready to burn the painting she held: “Give me the painting!” 0

“I won't! I worked hard all morning to create this, and you want to burn my efforts without saying a word. Why? I don't understand why you are doing this. You are the one who let me paint, yet you are also the one who wants to destroy my hard work. Why?” Yan Wushuang leaned against the window with tears in her eyes. If he insisted on going through with it, she would rather jump out of the window. 0

After all, living in this world felt like being a lonely bird, a solitary creature trapped in a magnificent cage. She couldn't go anywhere; every day was just spent sitting by the window watching the sunset. 0

“I'll say it one last time: give it to me!” he shouted angrily, stepping closer to her without pause. 0

With tears in her eyes, Yan Wushuang felt he was being too much. Fine, if it came to this, then she would destroy herself along with her painting! 0

She threw the painting at him and nimbly climbed onto the windowsill. Taking a glance at the distance below, she closed her eyes and let herself fall without hesitation. 0
