Picking up the phone, Rafas dialed an international long-distance call to Las Vegas in front of Yan Wushuang, allowing her to hear him tell Sharl to immediately lift the assassination order against Yamamoto Ryuichi.
Misa shrank in fear in Yezi's embrace, taking a long time to calm down. She couldn't forget the ugly men who had touched her inappropriately; she had come so close to being violated by them.
"Miss Misa, how could you be so foolish? Even if you risk your life, the master won't lift the assassination order because of you!" Yezi looked at her, seeming much more relaxed, before speaking.
"Yezi, I had no choice, you know? I had to take a gamble; perhaps this will really save Long Yi." Her body was still trembling, but her heart was still worried about that man.
"Ding... ding..." The phone in Misa's handbag that had been thrown on the ground rang. Yezi told her to sit tight and walked over to pick it up for her.
"Hello, it's me. What happened?" She suppressed her sobs and pressed the answer button to ask the caller from Japan.
"Miss Misa, Solomon has just issued a lift order; Mr. Yamamoto is safe." Upon hearing this news, Misa froze and stared at Yezi beside her. That man actually lifted the assassination order against Long Yi?
Yezi nodded and told her everything about Wushuang. Now that the assassination order was lifted, it seemed Wushuang had agreed to the master's conditions and willingly married him!
In the room, Misa didn't understand many things and chased after Yezi to clarify the answers. Meanwhile, in the study, Yan Wushuang was held tightly by Rafas as he brought her back to the room and pressed her firmly onto the bed. His large hand roamed uncontrollably over her body, sealing her soft red lips.
"Mmm... mmm..." His tongue pried open her teeth, entwining with hers; he wanted to claim everything about her and possess all of her!
As his body grew hotter, reason told him that he couldn't touch her yet; he had to hold back, hold back...
"Baby, look at me and call me husband..." Rafas suddenly leaned down and made this request of her.
"I just agreed to marry you; we haven't even gotten married yet. Isn't this too soon?" Wushuang gasped for breath; he had kissed her almost into suffocation before finally releasing her lips so she could breathe.
Rafas's lips twitched slightly as he reached out to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear and leaned down suggestively. "It's not too soon. Although you just agreed to marry me, our relationship has already surpassed that of ordinary couples. Don't you think so?"
Wushuang's face turned red and green from what he said. This man often joked about those things, and she really couldn't stand it. She turned her head and closed her eyes, lightly saying, "I'm tired. Let's talk about this later."
"Alright, then I'll take a nap with my wife!" He turned away from her, lying on his side and holding her close for a short rest.
Downstairs, Yezi briefly told Misa about what Wushuang had encountered after leaving Japan. Then she found Anko, who had been waiting for her in the lobby, and took them both to her room. She made sure Misa cleaned herself properly, changed into her clothes, personally sent them off, and reminded her to return to Japan safely.
In a hotel room in Hong Kong, Misa sighed as she stood on the balcony. It turned out that Wushuang was suffering from temporary amnesia due to a suicide attempt. She had chosen to agree to marry that Cold Noodle Man for Long Yi, sacrificing her lifelong happiness.
Looking at the starry night sky, where could Long Yi be? Why couldn't anyone find him? Despite Yezi's repeated reminders for her to go back to Japan, how could she return without finding Long Yi?
"Long Yi, if you care about me at all, please call me soon!" Looking at her phone, she wished his name would appear on the screen.
In the vast sea of people, where could she possibly find him? She thought through everything and realized he might be in Beijing because she remembered that before they came to China, Long Yi had researched a lot about Beijing and even bought an apartment there in advance. Perhaps he knew that the assassination order had been lifted and would return to that place!
Finding a glimmer of hope, she decided not to return to Japan for now. If she couldn't find him in Beijing, it wouldn't be too late to go back.
Under the blue sky and white clouds, Yan Wushuang gazed at the layers of clouds outside the window and sighed deeply. Rafas was very quick; just yesterday afternoon he mentioned preparing to return to Las Vegas. By the time she woke up today, most of their luggage was already packed. This morning a private jet arrived in Hong Kong to take them back to Las Vegas!
"Wushuang, what are you thinking about? Are you thinking about Miss Misa?" Yezi noticed her sighing expression and knew she must have many things on her mind.
Yan Wushuang turned to look at Yezi and held her hand seriously saying, "Yezi, you must hold onto your happiness tightly because it can be lost so easily..."
"Wushuang..." Yezi understood how she felt and softly called her name while gripping her other hand tightly. "No matter what our fates hold in the future, I will always remember you, Wushuang. Because of you, I have my new life now. Thank you, Wushuang!"
"Alright, stop being silly. Our meeting was arranged by fate!" Recalling their first encounter when Yezi silently shrank in the corner with long hair covering her cheeks; if it weren't for Yezi's help when that fat man attacked her, she wouldn't have been able to hold on until Rafas came to rescue her.
The past was vivid in her mind; it had already been quite some time—about half a year now. Half a year is neither long nor short but has allowed her to see clearly all the rights and wrongs in this unfamiliar world.
Two girls in the back cabin were holding hands tightly with red eyes. When Rafas walked in and saw their appearance, he thought something must have happened.
"What’s wrong? It’s just a trip back to Las Vegas. Why are you two crying? Don’t you miss your man, Little Bunny?" Rafas looked at Ieyako as well, unable to understand what these women usually talked about when they were together.
"You’re talking nonsense! Of course I miss Sharl! I’m not crying because I’m reluctant to leave Hong Kong; this place is unfamiliar to me, so how could I possibly feel attached!" She sniffed, wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes, and immediately refuted his words.
"Is that so? Then why are you crying? I’m quite curious," he said, noticing her little darling also had red eyes. Women really loved to cry.
"I won’t tell you… hum!" Yezi stood up, gave her seat to him, and walked out of the back cabin to find Brother Shouya.
Rafas thought she was quite sensible for knowing to give up her seat when he arrived. He sat next to Wushuang, took out his handkerchief, and personally wiped away the tear stains from the corners of her eyes. He didn’t like seeing women cry, especially her!
Wushuang wasn’t used to this side of him. She reached out to snatch the handkerchief from his hand but was unexpectedly held tightly by him: "Baby, what were you crying about just now?"
"It’s none of your business; you don’t need to know!" Yan Wushuang turned her cheek away, avoiding his gaze.
Rafas turned her delicate little hand over in his palm, his eagle-like black eyes fixed on her, trying to find the answer on her face.
The two fell into silence, making the atmosphere in the cabin particularly awkward. Wushuang felt his eyes constantly on her; she kept staring out the window and didn’t dare turn to look in his direction.
The more she tried to keep her distance from him, the more he wanted to close the gap. One arm quietly extended from behind her waist and pulled her entire body into his embrace!
"Ah… what are you doing?" Wushuang was startled by his sudden move and turned to meet his eyes, protesting unhappily.
"What am I doing? Your question is quite amusing. Isn’t it normal for a fiancé to hug his fiancée? Is there anything surprising about that?" His reaction seemed to be within his expectations as he looked at her astonished face. It seemed he would have to train her well in the future.
Wushuang couldn’t find any words to refute him and continued to turn her cheek away. If he wanted to look, let him look as much as he wanted; it was up to him!
The flight from Hong Kong to Las Vegas took about ten hours, and they had a brief stop at an airport in Russia to refuel the plane, just in time for them to enjoy afternoon tea there!
Misa arrived early in the morning in Beijing, the capital of China, looking at this unfamiliar city and hoping that Long Yi was waiting for her in that apartment!
After some twists and turns, she finally found the neighborhood listed in the address. Fortunately, she could speak Chinese; although her speaking was a bit awkward, it was still quite good. Anko had been closely following her, but she couldn't understand a word of what Misa was saying to others!
Dragging her suitcase, she finally arrived at the apartment door. However, after knocking once, no one inside responded. It seemed her hope had been dashed. Just as she was about to leave, Aunt Wang from the opposite house happened to come out. Seeing the two beautiful girls standing outside, she guessed they might be friends of Long Ze.
"Miss, are you looking for this family?" the kind aunt approached Misa, who had been waiting outside for over ten minutes.
"Hello, may I ask if the owner of this house is named Yamamoto Ryuichi or Long Ze?" Misa asked, unsure which name he used here.
"Yes, it's Long Ze and his wife. However, something happened recently, and they are no longer living here. Are you their friend?" The aunt looked at Misa and thought she seemed young, resembling Long Ze's daughter-in-law.
Misa thought for a moment; the couple must refer to Long Yi and Wushuang. Since that man came to take Wushuang away, Long Yi must have followed him to Hong Kong, leading to what happened later!
It seemed that when Rafas came to capture them, many people saw it. She needed to come up with a lie to cover for both of them.
After thinking for a while, Misa smiled lightly and said, "Auntie, the Long Ze you mentioned is my brother. We are Japanese; his name is Yamamoto Ryuichi and I am Yamamoto Misa. My brother eloped with Sister Wushuang to China because her family opposed their relationship. They had to sneak away from their families. I believe on the day of the incident, a man wearing a Silver Mask came to take my sister away."
