"Why?" An Xin Ya stopped her actions, furrowing her brow in confusion as she looked at him.
"I have important matters to attend to, so you just need to let Wushuang know for me when the time comes," Shouya said calmly, smiling at Xinya.
Xinya was an understanding girl; she realized that Brother Shouya was busy with work and couldn't attend, which was understandable. She said nothing, smiled, and continued eating.
A week later, An Xin Ya searched her wardrobe for a little black dress to wear to the Wushuang's child's full moon banquet. She put it on but felt something was missing around her waist, so she found a delicate belt and tied it around her waist.
Shouya had already hired a driver and instructed him to pick her up at seven o'clock in front of her house to take her to the Hilton Hotel.
The black Mercedes pulled up in front of the hotel. An Xin Ya opened the car door and stepped out. She looked up at the luxurious hotel, feeling inexplicably nervous.
The full moon banquet was held in the banquet hall on the third floor of the hotel, inviting prominent figures from various fields. An Xin Ya walked in nervously, and her appearance caused a small stir; the men present turned their heads in amazement, captivated by this sweet and pure woman.
The grand hall was filled with men in suits wearing ties or bow ties and women dressed in elegant gowns or chic outfits, clinking crystal glasses while chatting and drinking. Well-groomed male and female servers moved through the crowd, serving drinks…
At that moment, Mike, who was busy attending to guests, saw An Xin Ya walk in and hurried over with a smile. "Miss An, you made it! Oh, where's Shouya? Isn't he accompanying you?"
When asked about Shouya, An Xin Ya felt a bit awkward but smiled as she replied, "He said he had urgent matters to attend to and couldn't come to the Wushuang's child's full moon banquet, so he asked me to come and let Wushuang know. By the way, where is Wushuang?"
What could Shouya be busy with now? Faisal thought. Hearing Xinya's question, he quickly replied, "She's in the room on the second floor! Let me take you there!"
An Xin Ya followed Faisal to the room on the second floor. When they opened the door, she saw Wushuang and happily exclaimed, "Wushuang..."
Wushuang, who was holding her child, looked up upon hearing Xinya's voice. A smile spread across her face as she said, "Xinya! You finally made it! Why did you arrive so late?"
Xinya joyfully walked in and sat beside Wushuang. She looked at the child in Wushuang's arms—chubby cheeks with wide-open eyes—playfully waving their hands and feet; it was utterly adorable!
"What a cute little one!"
She then looked up at Yan Wushuang, whose face radiated happiness. Infinite maternal love shone in her eyes as she gazed at this happy woman before her. Even after having two children, she remained beautiful and exuded a mature charm.
"Wushuang, are you not done yet?" Xinya hadn't seen her for a while, so she came over to check on her.
"It's ready now, let's go out!" Holding the little one, they returned to the banquet hall.
Upon arriving at the banquet hall, An Xin Ya saw that all the wealthy guests were coming over to admire the adorable Dragon and Phoenix Twins. Inheriting their parents' excellent genes, both of them were particularly beautiful and loved to look pretty.
Seeing these two cute and lovely Dragon and Phoenix Twins, An Xin Ya also wished to have a child of her own.
Xinya stayed by Wushuang's side while Rafas proudly showed off his little daughter around. Wushuang was sitting on the sofa playing with her son. Yezi was due in a few days, so both she and Faisal were unable to attend tonight, which everyone understood.
Xinya wasn't familiar with the people here and didn't dare to wander around. Shouya seemed too busy; after bringing her here, he disappeared shortly after. So she stayed close to Wushuang, not daring to go anywhere else.
Yan Wushuang noticed there were no tissues on the Glass Tabletop and quietly said to Xinya, "Xinya, could you please help me get Xiaoyi's small towel from the lounge?"
"Sure, wait a moment, I'll get it for you right away," An Xin Ya smiled and stood up to head toward the lounge.
When she came out, she saw Wushuang talking to a man. She quietly walked over to Wushuang's side and handed her the Xiaoyi small towel.
Morina shifted his gaze to the suddenly appearing An Xin Ya. He remembered her name—An Xin Ya—a blind woman. But now seeing her bright eyes, it seemed that her vision had been restored; indeed, she was more beautiful than before.
"Xinya, I forgot to introduce you. This is Third Prince Morina. We met once a long time ago at Coffee Wings, remember?" Wushuang generously introduced him.
An Xin Ya carefully looked at the man in front of her, recalling his voice from earlier; he was indeed His Highness from that day—the tall and imposing man before her.
"What's wrong? Miss Shinya still doesn't remember me?" Morina smiled at this woman who resembled Wushuang.
"Oh no, I do remember you! I was just thinking back on that day at Coffee Wings. It's great to see you, Your Highness!" Xinya felt a bit nervous; perhaps it was because it was her first time seeing such a distinguished man clearly!
Morina kindly took her hand with a smile, helping the nervous Xinya gradually relax.
"Your Highness, Xinya's eyes have healed. She's a bit nervous meeting you for the first time, so please don't mind her!" Yan Wushuang helped to ease the situation.
Not far away, Shouya suddenly appeared, seeing Xinya chatting animatedly with a man, which made him furious as he rushed over.
With Wushuang's introduction, Xinya and Morina got to know each other again. Morina knew that he had no hope with Wushuang, but he still felt confident about Xinya. Since they were able to meet again after more than half a year, he believed this might be their fate!
Shortly after returning to England, he had sent someone to Las Vegas to inquire about An Xin Ya, but she had suddenly disappeared, and no one could find her. He thought it was unfortunate that he had finally developed feelings for a woman who was already married. Just when he discovered this woman who resembled her, she vanished again. However, now that she had reappeared, did it mean he still had a chance?
"Xinya," Shouya's voice came from the left. Upon seeing him, An Xin Ya turned and walked towards her.
Morina also shifted his gaze over; it turned out to be that guy Shouya!
"Where have you been? I've been looking for you," Xinya said shyly as she leaned against him like a little woman.
"I just received an important call and had to step away for a moment," Shouya replied as he wrapped his arm around her and walked over to Morina, giving him a mocking glare.
Morina was infuriated by this guy. Why did every woman he liked have to be connected to Solomon's people? It was one thing with Yan Wushuang, but now An Xin Ya too—he just couldn't accept it!
Without saying a word, he turned and walked away. Facing Shouya's smug face made him feel like he might lose control and punch him.
An Xin Ya watched curiously as Your Highness and Morina left the banquet hall, wondering what was wrong with him. Why did he suddenly act like that?
Shouya raised an eyebrow and smirked; he hadn't expected Morina to shift his attention to Xinya so quickly. Trying to steal Xinya from him was absolutely impossible. He knew very well that Your Highness had significant ambitions, so he needed to be cautious.
"What did he say to you just now?" Shouya asked Xinya nervously.
"He didn't say anything!" An Xin Ya blinked at him. What could she possibly discuss with Your Highness? But judging by his expression, he seemed quite anxious about it.
When Rafas and Yan Wushuang walked away with the child, Shouya grabbed Xinya's shoulders and looked into her eyes, saying, "Try not to interact with him in the future, okay?"
"Why? He is Your Highness..."
"I don't care, you can't interact with him."
This was the first time An Xin Ya saw him with angry eyes and a serious expression. She was genuinely startled by his demeanor and could only nod in agreement.
"Alright, let's go! They seem to be cutting the cake!" Shouya realized he had lost control and quickly adjusted his emotions, softening his voice as he spoke to Xinya.
He then helped Xinya walk over and saw that Rafas had ordered a six-tier cake, symbolizing that the two children would have smooth sailing and grow up healthy and happy.
Watching Rafas and Yan Wushuang's family of four looking blissfully happy, his eyes sparkled with light. He glanced at Xinya beside him, wrapped his arms around her, and whispered in her ear, "Lefas and Wushuang already have their children, and Sharl and Yezi will soon have theirs. When will we have one too?"
Xinya's face turned crimson, and she shyly lowered her gaze without saying a word. Being with Shouya was the happiest thing in her life. If she truly became his wife, she would be willing to bear children for him.
After the banquet, Shouya and An Xin Ya left the hotel.
When they returned to their residence, Shouya saw Xinya walking out of the bathroom after taking a shower. He stepped forward, hugged her from behind, and softly said in her ear, "Xinya, tonight we..."
Xinya knew what Shouya wanted. Her face flushed as she turned around to look at him and shyly said, "Maybe we shouldn't... I'm really tired tonight; I just want to rest well."
"You want to rest? Well, I don't want you to rest..." Shouya picked up Xinya horizontally and walked toward the bedroom with an evil grin. He had been too busy lately and hadn't been with her for several days. Besides, both brothers were teasing him; he naturally needed to put in more effort!
"Shouya, you..." Xinya blushed even more, unsure of what to say.
