Everyone let out a sigh of relief and continued to play. 0

Cheng Sheng tugged at Xie Yan's sleeve and whispered, "Are you okay?" 0

Xie Yan shook her head. 0

Cheng Sheng, feeling uneasy, pulled her to get bandaged. His hand gripped Xie Yan's wrist tightly; she couldn't break free and had no choice but to follow him outside. 0

Mengxi suddenly stood up, and Lu Qian looked at Mengxi in confusion, "Mengxi, what's wrong?" 0

Mengxi snapped back to reality and smiled at her, "It's nothing." After saying that, Mengxi sat back down but couldn't help glancing toward the door. 0

Cheng Sheng led Xie Yan outside, carefully watching her hand, his eyes filled with concern. "How could you be so careless? Does it hurt?" 0

Xie Yan hadn't felt any pain initially, but upon hearing his words, her nose suddenly tinged with sadness. She forced a smile and shook her head, "It doesn't hurt." 0

Cheng Sheng glanced at her and sighed softly, "You're clearly upset but still pretending everything is fine. When will you live for yourself?" 0

Xie Yan's face turned pale inch by inch. She opened her mouth, wanting to say something, but her throat felt blocked as if something was stuck in it; she couldn't utter a word. 0

Cheng Sheng looked at her with gentle eyes and spoke softly, "Xie Yan, he doesn't love you. You shouldn't be sad for him anymore, okay? He doesn't deserve you." 0

Xie Yan could no longer hold back, tears streaming down her face. Cheng Sheng held her tightly in his arms, softly comforting her. She did not push him away; at that moment, she needed warmth too much, even if it came from someone else. What she did not know was that around the corner in the hallway, Mengxi and Lu Qian were standing there, taking everything in. 0

Lu Qian looked at Mengxi with concern. "Mengxi..." Mengxi stared at the back of Xie Yan's head, her eyes filled with sarcasm and mockery. Mengxi walked over with Lu Qian, and when Xie Yan saw them, she hurriedly pushed Cheng Sheng away and nervously looked at Mengxi. "I... we..." 0

Mengxi smiled lightly. "What about you? What does it have to do with me?" Xie Yan's face turned pale as she bit her lip and fell silent. Cheng Sheng frowned. "Mengxi, you don't have to speak so harshly." 0

Mengxi chuckled softly. "That's just how I speak. If you don't like it, don't listen." Cheng Sheng wanted to say something more, but Xie Yan grabbed his arm and shook her head at him. Cheng Sheng looked at her with concern but ultimately said nothing. 0

Lu Qian looked at Mengxi with some worry. "Mengxi, let's go back." Mengxi nodded and left with Lu Qian. As they passed by Xie Yan, Mengxi stopped and said quietly, "Don't be so self-important." 0

Xie Yan's face turned pale as she lowered her head and remained silent. Cheng Sheng gritted his teeth. "Mengxi, you're going too far." Mengxi scoffed and left with Lu Qian. 0

The party continued, everyone having a great time, oblivious to our departure. 0

A new round of the game began, and the chosen one was Xie Yan. She chose Truth or Dare. The others started to come up with challenges. Someone suggested that Xie Yan kiss Cheng Sheng for a minute, and everyone eagerly agreed. 0

Xie Yan's expression turned slightly grim, and Cheng Sheng looked at her with concern. "Xie Yan..." he said. Xie Yan took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and said, "Let's do it." 0

Cheng Sheng hesitated for a moment but then leaned in to kiss her. The room instantly became lively. Mengxi watched coldly, while Lu Qian tightly gripped Mengxi's hand. 0

After a minute, the two pulled away. Xie Yan wiped her lips and kept her head down without saying a word. Cheng Sheng wanted to explain something but, seeing Xie Yan's expression, ultimately decided to say nothing. 0

After the party ended, everyone went home. 0
