Qinglan is currently feeling this way, and Simple's sudden shout immediately filled their dormitory with joy, dissipating all the bad moods. 0

Right there, sitting on the bed with a bag of cucumber-flavored chips, Hu Jiao'er also heard Simple shouting on the phone and felt happy too. 0

"Haha, what's your classmate's name, Simple? She's so cute; I really thought you could smell her chips," Hu Jiao'er laughed so hard she fell back on the bed, scattering chips everywhere. 0

"Not a classmate, a friend," Qinglan corrected while covering the microphone. 0

"Alright then, a classmate," Jiang Liuying, who had been silent in front of the computer, chimed in with a teasing tone as she lifted her head from the screen. "Your friend is so adorable; every time she calls you, all we hear are her shouts and laughter. When will you bring her to the dorm to hang out? We’d love to have her here; our dorm is a bit too dull. Also, can you set up a social event with her school for us?" 0

Liuying's voice was soft and gentle, contrasting slightly with her usual cold and rational demeanor. 0

After being reminded by Liuying, Qinglan chatted with Simple for a while about organizing a social event. 0

With her mouth full of food, Simple nodded enthusiastically in response. 0

Before hanging up, Simple reminded Qinglan once more about booking train tickets and suddenly said, “Brother Shaojie. Um, my brother specifically asked me to check with you if he should book tickets to come back with us.” 0

How could she leave such an important matter until the end? 0

Qinglan thought. 0

Just after finishing her call with Simple, Shen Xiaomeng returned from outside. 0

“It’s snowing outside!” As soon as she walked into the dormitory, she exclaimed excitedly. 0

“Wow, it’s snowing?!” 0

Instantly, there were gasps and shouts throughout the dormitory. 0

First to react was Hu Jiao'er, who jumped up from the bed and hurried over to the window in her slippers. 0

This time, Liuying cooperated well; she quickly stood up and swiftly pulled open the tightly closed sky-blue curtains. 0

“Wow, it’s snowing heavily!” Hu Jiao'er exclaimed as she eagerly opened the window. 0

"You are from the north, so you have seen heavy snow before." Liuying pushed Hu Jiao'er aside, taking the best spot to view the snowfall. 0

Hu Jiao'er pouted and shot her an angry glare, then walked up to Qinglan. "Director, Jiang Liuying is always bullying me." 0

Qinglan pinched her chubby cheek and said with a smile, "Let's let her watch. This poor child has never seen such heavy snow before; it's only natural for her to be envious." 0

Qinglan's words made Hu Jiao'er burst into laughter, and Shen Xiaomeng, who was watching the fun, also stifled a giggle. 0

"What are you laughing at?" Liuying shouted back at Shen Xiaomeng. "Isn't this all your fault?" 0

"Ah! How is it my fault?" Shen Xiaomeng replied innocently. "Just because it snows, do I have to hide it and not tell you?" 0

"We should at least discover it ourselves when it snows," Liuying argued stubbornly, even though her reasoning was flawed. 0

"That's just an excuse," Qinglan laughed, pointing at Liuying. "You sit in front of your computer every day; by the time you notice the snow falling from the sky, summer will have already come." 0

"Qinglan, you're usually so kind; why are you being harsh with me? Just because I sit in front of my computer every day doesn't mean I'm an idiot. I won't still be wearing a down jacket in summer; when I wear skirts, I know summer has arrived. How could I not know the seasons change?" Liuying pouted as she stood by the window with Qinglan to watch the snow. 0

"Enough already." Qinglan patted Liuying on the shoulder. "No one has ever seen you in a skirt." 0

"Hey, sisters, has anyone ever seen Liuying in a skirt?" Qinglan called out to Hu Jiao'er and Shen Xiaomeng. 0

"No," Hu Jiao'er shook her head. 0

"Nope, she's always in jeans. When school started and it was so hot, she was still wearing jeans," Shen Xiaomeng added with confusion. 0

"Exactly! Even Jiao'er has worn skirts," Qinglan reminisced. 0

"Did Jiao'er wear a skirt? I don't remember that," Liuying said with a skeptical expression. "Did she?" She then turned to Shen Xiaomeng, looking for confirmation. 0

"Um, I think so? There was one time she wore a denim mini skirt!" Shen Xiaomeng replied uncertainly. 0

"Of course she did! It was a denim skirt, and it was super short. She also had a black lace skirt," Qinglan added. 0

"Ah?" Liuying's mouth dropped open as she walked up to Hu Jiao'er and stared at her for several minutes. "You wore a super short denim skirt? I can believe the black lace one; someone as stunning as you is perfect for lace." Although Liuying was teasing Hu Jiao'er, there was no smile on her face—she looked completely serious. 0

Jiang Liuying has always had this ability; while others are laughing, she remains completely serious, or perhaps she is just very good at holding back her laughter. However, there are times when she bursts into laughter when no one else finds anything funny. 0

At this moment, Liuying's serious expression contrasted amusingly with Hu Jiao'er's aggrieved look, causing the onlookers Qinglan and Shen Xiaomeng to laugh uncontrollably. 0

Everyone's attention immediately shifted to Hu Jiao'er. 0

She had long black hair that reached past her waist, with slightly curled bangs at her forehead and temples. Her deep-set eyes were dark, and her skin was as delicate as a baby's, pale with a hint of pink. She had phoenix eyes, and her eyelashes, eye corners, and eyebrows were slightly upturned. 0

She was indeed extremely charming! Her plump figure only added to her softness, making her appear even more alluring than those who were slimmer. 0

"Hey! Jiao'er, do you have Russian ancestry?" Jiang Liuying suddenly asked after staring at Hu Jiao'er for a long time. 0

Everyone was taken aback. 0

They all redirected their gazes back to Hu Jiao'er, this time their eyes glued to her as if drawn by a magnet. 0

"Indeed, there are some signs," Qinglan slowly voiced her thoughts. 0

"Yes, there are some traces," Shen Xiaomeng nodded emphatically. 0

Liuying had initially made the comment about Hu Jiao'er just for fun, but unexpectedly, Hu Jiao'er looked at them calmly and said, "That's right, I do have Russian ancestry." 0

"Wow!" Shen Xiaomeng exclaimed in a delicate voice. 0

"Ah, really?" Even the usually composed Qinglan lost her composure and shouted. 0
