Feren followed Edric through the winding paths of the estate, the night was deep, with only sparse starlight and dim moonlight providing faint illumination. In this quiet and mysterious atmosphere, the sky suddenly became unpredictable, a dark green lightning bolt tore through the night sky, followed by several muffled thunderous roars, shaking this ancient land. 0

Feren looked up in astonishment at the sky, his eyes reflecting the unusual dark green flash. He had never seen such a natural phenomenon, filled with doubt and curiosity, not knowing what this sudden change foretold. He turned to Edric, hoping to get some explanation from him. 0

Edric gazed at the sudden appearance of the dark green lightning, his brows furrowed, his expression more serious than usual. He didn't know why the sky would show such a phenomenon, but his intuition told him that it was not a good sign. A sense of foreboding quietly rose in his heart, like a cold wind piercing the night, sending shivers down his spine. 0

Edric took a deep breath, trying to suppress his unease. He turned to look at Feren with a hint of determination in his eyes, as if telling Feren that no matter what happens next, they must remain calm and face the unknown challenges. The dark green lightning in the night was not just a weather anomaly; it seemed more like an unknown omen, hinting that they were about to step into an even more dangerous territory. 0

Edric walked slowly to the backyard, where a huge warehouse stood. The moonlight gently draped over the old exterior of the warehouse, giving it a mysterious and solemn atmosphere. Feren followed him, curiously examining the seemingly ordinary yet secretly mysterious building, filled with questions about what might be hidden inside. 0

Standing in front of the warehouse door, Edric appeared slightly nervous, unconsciously tightening his grip. For someone who had long been out of touch with the Knight Errant, facing his former combat partners again inevitably brought some hesitation and fear. However, the unusual dark green lightning in the sky seemed to be an invisible force, compelling him to take this step and confront his inner fears and hesitations. 0

Taking a deep breath, Edric's fingers lightly touched the warehouse door, gently pushing it open. The door slowly creaked open, emitting a faint squeaking sound. As the door opened, a cold and sharp air rushed out from the warehouse, carrying the scent of iron and dust. Feren couldn't help but shiver, but at the same time, became even more curious about what might be hidden inside the warehouse. 0

Every step Edric took seemed particularly heavy, as if with each step, the burden in his heart grew heavier. However, at this moment, facing the unknown challenge and the fear within, he knew he had no way to retreat, and could only bravely move forward. 0

As Edric stepped into the warehouse with steady footsteps, Feren's curiosity was drawn to a huge silhouette in the darkness. The interior of the warehouse was dim, with only faint light seeping in through the door crack, but enough for Feren to discern the shocking object hidden beneath the dusty white cloth. The object was immensely large, towering about three or four stories high, standing quietly in the center of the warehouse like an ancient sculpture waiting to have its mysterious veil unveiled. 0

Feren couldn't help but stop in astonishment, staring in disbelief at the massive object covered by the cloth. His mind was filled with surprise and puzzlement, pondering what could be so large. In his imagination, even the grandest sculpture or the largest mechanical device would struggle to reach such a scale. This discovery left Feren feeling both excited and apprehensive, as a strong desire surged within him to uncover the mystery behind the white cloth and see what lay beneath. 0

Edric seemed to notice the pause and surprise of Feren. He turned around, his face showing a complex expression, a feeling of familiarity and distance towards the imminent unveiling of a secret. In this silent space, a wordless understanding flowed between the two. Feren realized that they were about to face something strange and great, possibly far beyond what he could imagine. 0

In that forgotten warehouse, time and dust seemed to freeze between Edric and Feren. Edric's figure appeared particularly steady in the faint moonlight, his gaze crossing the river of time, looking back at that brilliant yet distant past. He began an important narrative, his voice carrying deep emotion, as if every word and sentence was a tribute to the history of the House of Heraldry: "I am the last member of the House of Heraldry. A long time ago, our family was a noble under the emperor, possessing powerful Knight Errant. These mechs were not only invincible weapons in war, but also symbols of imperial authority, manufactured by the emperor's own order. We, the House of Heraldry, and other knight families, were scattered across the universe, guarding human territories and ensuring the empire's flag flew high in distant galaxies." 0

Feren stood next to Edric, listening to the story about Knight Errant and noble families, feeling deeply moved. However, what followed was an indescribable sense of confusion. For him, the concepts of the universe, emperors, and Knight Errant were too abstract and distant, to the point where even the word "universe" felt unfamiliar, leaving him bewildered. In his world, life had never extended beyond his hometown, so Feren felt both shocked and perplexed by Edric's description of this grand cosmic perspective, unsure of how to understand or accept it. 0

"But did all of this really exist?" Feren asked cautiously, his voice filled with uncertainty and curiosity. "What is the universe? And what are Knight Errant? I've never heard of these things." To Feren, Edric's words seemed like legends from another world, both enchanting and unbelievable. 0

Edric gazed at Feren, feeling the confusion and puzzlement emanating from him. Taking a deep breath, he decided to explain everything to Feren in a more delicate and patient manner: "The universe is the vast expanse that encompasses our planet and distant galaxies. And Knight Errant are the crystallization of ancient technology, possessing unimaginable power. Our family, as well as others like ours, once bore the mission of protecting human civilization. Though it may sound like a legend, these things did exist and have shaped our history and identity." Edric softened his tone, attempting to convey the authenticity and significance of this history to Feren. 0
