The sudden appearance of an anomaly in the sky caused all eyes in the market to focus above. A huge black object, accompanied by dense clouds and flashing flames, broke through the sky from high altitude, much like a meteor flying from the depths of the distant universe, plunging towards the ground. The flames around its periphery acted like a protective shield, shimmering with dazzling light, illuminating the entire sky of the market. And right next to this huge black shadow, the same phenomenon played out again, as another identical giant object emerged from the clouds with flames. They seemed like twins in the sky, carrying an unknown mission to this place.
Next, from the bottom of these giant objects, dozens of smaller objects were jetted out, rapidly spreading their wings in the air, darting through the sky like a group of falcons hovering over their prey. These small flying objects moved at an extremely fast speed, quickly forming a spectacular formation in the sky above the market, leaving everyone breathlessly gazing.
The crowd in the market has now shifted from curiosity to fear and unease. Many people are starting to look for shelter, while the hawkers hurriedly pack up their stalls, preparing to flee the market that is about to become a battlefield. Meanwhile, a man stands still, staring intently at these unidentified objects falling from the sky. Although filled with fear, he is more curious and anticipatory about the impending change.
As the flying objects gradually descend, their shadows expand, casting an unprecedented darkness over the entire market. From their surfaces, high-temperature flames emit dazzling light, evoking ancient prophecies of falling fireballs from the sky. The objects emit flames from their tails, resembling the scene of a spacecraft entering the atmosphere. However, to the people in the market, they appear more like mysterious messengers from another world.
Getting bigger and closer, these flying objects rapidly descended to an altitude of only a few tens of meters. The people in the market fell into an unprecedented panic, screaming and looking for shelter. The guards drew their weapons, but faced with this unprecedented situation, they seemed at a loss, only trying to maintain the most basic order, but found their efforts completely futile.
In one corner of the market, a priest knelt down, clasped his hands together, and shouted loudly to the sky. His voice was particularly loud amidst the Chao'X: "It's a divine punishment sent by the heavens! This is the coming of the end of the world!" His words plunged the surrounding crowd into deeper panic. Some began to follow him in prayer, while others helplessly fled in all directions.
And the man, standing next to his own stall, stared intently at these astonishing and bizarre flying objects.
Suddenly, a group of high-speed flying objects, like lightning from the sky, carrying with them a tremendous roar, tore through the tranquility of Alaba City overhead. These objects had unique shapes, each with two wings, and their incredible speed made it nearly impossible to track their trajectory. Before anyone could react, several of the objects suddenly plummeted from the sky like falling meteors, heading straight for the center of the market.
The man looked on in horror at the sudden change, filled with unease and confusion. Before he could react, a violent explosion echoed through the sky, followed by a strong tremor and a scorching blast of air. In the center of the explosion, a sea of fire rapidly spread, instantly devouring everything around it.
At that moment, the tranquility of Alaba City was completely shattered, plunging into an endless sea of fire. People on the streets fled in panic, screaming and crying, creating a scene of devastation reminiscent of the impending apocalypse. The man stood in place, shaken by the sudden disaster, facing the sea of fire and Chao'X before him, feeling not only shock but also a hint of despair.
This attack was not only a devastating blow to Alaba City, but also a huge disaster for all living beings in this land. The flying objects in the sky brought this disaster for unknown reasons, but their appearance undoubtedly changed the fate of this world.
As the huge black objects slowly flew over the man, a door accompanied by a deep mechanical sound slowly opened. From this dark doorway, countless large green humanoid figures appeared, each standing there, at least twice the height of an average human, if not taller. These creatures had muscular bodies, wild fangs on their heads, and held all kinds of weapons, presenting a fierce and ferocious appearance.
The man stood in shock, never imagining such a terrifying scene would unfold in his ordinary life. As the large humanoid creatures began to jump down from the spaceship one by one, shaking the earth with each step, the man finally snapped out of his daze in a panic.
Driven by fear, he quickly propped himself up with his hands from the explosion that had knocked him to the ground, desperately trying to escape from this sudden disaster. His only thought was to get back home as quickly as possible to check if his pregnant wife was safe. In that moment, every step he took was filled with despair and fear, but also an unyielding will to survive. He knew deep down that only by staying alive could he protect the ones he loved.
