Whenever the missing persons cases were mentioned, a hint of helplessness and worry would appear in their eyes, as if they were troubled by these shadows.
As night fell, the night in Lavender Town seemed unusually quiet, only occasionally interrupted by the cries of Pokémon from a distance. In the restaurant, the mayor of Mishima Town had a joyful smile on his face as he waved for the waiter to bring a few bottles of cold beer.
