Diego took out a small disc from his pocket and placed it in the middle of the table. He then skillfully manipulated the disc, and suddenly a three-dimensional structural diagram of the Municipal Government building appeared. Kyle carefully analyzed the lifelike projection, examining the structure and function of each floor.
The projection revealed that the government building has a total of five floors. The first floor is mainly a public reception area and an office area for handling various civil affairs. The second and third floors are offices for various administrative departments, including the finance department, the supervision department, the transportation department, and the labor department, where there are usually more officials and staff coming and going.
The fourth floor is their target - the warehouse where the goods are being held. Kyle noticed that this level appears more solid and sealed compared to the other floors, with tighter security measures. The fifth floor is the office of the mayor of Core City, with the highest level of security, making it almost impossible to enter and exit at will.
Kyle assessed the layout of the building and found that despite the numerous internal doors, the structural design is very clear, without too many complex winding passages, which is good news for their operation.
"It looks like we need to find a way to sneak into the warehouse on the fourth floor," Kyle pondered, "but it definitely won't be easy, the security measures there must be very strict."
Diego nodded, with a sly smile on his face, "Indeed, this won't be a simple task. But don't worry, I have my ways. We need a reasonable excuse and a perfect disguise to enter there without attracting attention."
Kyle looked at Diego with a mix of anticipation and nervousness in his heart. He knew that the next move would be filled with risks, but it was also his only chance to leave Sunset star.
Diego's voice carried a hint of contemplation as he continued to analyze, "The security of the Municipal Government building relies mainly on manpower, which is an advantage for us. It lacks advanced security facilities like machine gun turrets or high-tech equipment such as robots, which are basically non-existent here."
Kyle listened attentively, trying to find the possibility of infiltration from Diego's words. Diego continued, "However, the biggest variable is still the soldiers of Darius's legion. If they have already occupied the building, our actions need to be even more cautious. Their presence will greatly increase the difficulty of our operation."
Kyle frowned, knowing that Darius's soldiers were not only well-trained but also well-equipped. Encountering them would make the situation quite tricky.
"So, we need to confirm whether there are soldiers from the Darius legion inside the building," Kyle proposed his suggestion, "We need to gather more information and then develop a specific plan." Diego shook his head and said, "There's not much time for preliminary reconnaissance. Let's assume for now that there are Darius's soldiers inside and proceed with the current plan." Kyle nodded, but felt curious about Diego's urgency.
Diego carefully studied the structural diagram, his fingers quickly sliding on the screen, searching for the best infiltration route. Kyle was drawn to an area on the first floor marked "People's Welfare Office," which seemed to be a small office.
"Perhaps this is a good entry point," Kyle pointed to the location and said to Diego, "The office space is small, we can use that to our advantage. If we can take down the personnel inside, put on their clothes and use their access cards, we might be able to sneak into the fourth floor of the building."
Diego carefully listened to Kyle's idea, a hint of admiration flashed in his eyes. He nodded, "Hmm, your plan sounds good. It's easier to control the situation in the People's Welfare Office operation. We can use this small office as our starting point and gradually move deeper into the fourth floor."
Kyle nervously patted Ray Jin's head, trying to relax himself. He knew that every step of the plan needed to be executed precisely, as any mistake could lead to the failure of the entire operation.
Diego lightly tapped the table, his eyes shining with shrewdness: "That's settled then. We'll start by taking action at the People's Welfare Office. Once inside the building, we'll follow the plan. You'll be responsible for diverting attention, while I'll swiftly take down the personnel inside, change into their clothing, and take their access cards."
Kyle took a deep breath, feeling both nervous and excited. This was a risky operation, but for him, who longed to escape from Sunset star, it was the best opportunity at the moment.
"However, we need to be careful," Kyle warned, "Once we are discovered, the situation will become very dangerous. We need to ensure that every step of the operation is carefully planned."
Diego smiled faintly, "Don't worry, young man. This isn't my first time doing this kind of thing. We will be careful. But you're right, we need a detailed plan and thorough preparation."
Later, the two began discussing specific action plans, analyzing the possibilities and risks of each step. Diego's ideas seemed both bold and practical: "We can disguise ourselves as a visually impaired person in need of welfare services, which would make our entry into the 'People's Welfare Office' more convincing. Once inside the office, we act quickly, subduing the staff, changing into their clothes, and obtaining access cards."
Kyle carefully listened to Diego's plan and nodded in agreement, saying, "The plan sounds feasible, but we need to ensure that the action is swift and effective. If anything goes wrong, we must respond immediately."
Diego added, "Once we have the access card, we can easily reach the fourth floor. Once there, we'll just drive my spaceship and leave Sunset star, and it will all be over quickly."
Kyle pondered for a moment, then said, "We also need to consider other security measures inside the Municipal Government building. Even though you said there isn't much high-tech security equipment here, we still need to be cautious, especially if there are Darius's soldiers..."
Diego smiled confidently and said, "Don't worry, we will be well-prepared. As long as everything goes according to plan, we have nothing to worry about."
As the plan gradually took shape, Kyle felt a mix of nervousness and excitement welling up in his heart. Although he still had some distrust towards Diego, he now knew that their fates were closely intertwined and they had to face the upcoming challenges together.
