"What are you looking at?"
He Min's expression was indifferent, her voice cold like the sound of ice shards breaking off a winter rooftop.
Yu Yu grinned widely, a hint of sinister amusement in his smile.
"Of course I'm looking at you."
He Min snorted coldly and was about to turn away when she heard Yu Yu chuckle softly several times.
"What's wrong? Are you impatient just because that person didn't call you to sleep with them?"
"If that's the case, why not accompany me instead?"
He Min suddenly turned her head to look at Yu Yu, her eyes wide with barely contained fury, flames of anger dancing within, ready to erupt and burn Yu Yu to ashes.
"You have the guts to say that again, and I'll make sure you can't leave here alive."
He Min's voice was low, thick with anger, sounding almost sticky like glue being pulled apart, unpleasant to hear.

Yu Yu smiled and waved his hand dismissively, though his eyes were filled with malice.
"Regardless, we're playing the role of a couple, and it was your idea. Because of this, I had to give up Beibei."
A smirk played on Yu Yu's lips, but it was laced with something more sinister that made it particularly unsettling.

He Min bit down hard on her lower lip until blood oozed out, her eyes filled with humiliation and rage. Although Rationality urged her to endure, seeing this scoundrel disrespect her made her want to rush forward and kill Yu Yu.

After being casually ordered around and reluctantly completing numerous tasks for that individual, this foolish woman still believed she could maintain a friendly relationship with Xu Nuan.
Women are both foolish and sincere, and this woman would eventually pay for it with her life. As Yu Yu bandaged himself up, he thought venomously, completely unaware of what fate awaited him.
