Chapter 455: The Grand Finale

Though she said that, Xu Nuan still reached out to take the rose.
Only the things given by this person are good.
"Don't forget that today we have a traditional Western-style wedding," Gu Ze said, his smile bright like the stars as he raised an eyebrow. "After the ceremony, we will be reciting our vows."
"Don't you think that's a bit strange?"
Xu Nuan's cheerful expression clashed with her words of complaint. Having long gotten used to her contradictory nature, Gu Ze leaned against the window sill and pulled Xu Nuan's hand over, planting a kiss on it.
"I feel that only after reciting the vows can it be considered a perfect wedding."

The sound of the window slamming shut echoed in the room, where the Red-Dressed Woman blushed, while outside stood the Red-Clad Man with a silly grin.
"First, we bow to heaven and earth; second, we bow to our parents; finally, we bow to each other as husband and wife."
"According to the wishes of this couple, we will add a vow segment to the wedding. Now, please recite your vows together."
Xu Nuan and Gu Ze exchanged glances and gently tugged at the red silk in their hands.
"We are willing to become husband and wife from this day forward, to shoulder the responsibilities and obligations that marriage bestows upon us, to support each other through thick and thin, and to love each other for a lifetime."
"In the future, whether in good times or bad, whether rich or poor, whether in health or sickness, whether young or old, we will weather all storms together, hand in hand, becoming lifelong partners!"
