The transport plane came to a halt on a bumpy, old runway. Shen Kun urged everyone to quickly disembark and transfer to the helicopter. 0

Members of the Chicken Dinner Team crawled out of the transport plane, their faces covered in dirt, staring at the dark surroundings with barely any lights, feeling somewhat bewildered. 0

Where were they? 0

Next to the only runway at the airport stood a few dark buildings, and there were no obvious signs in sight. The only sound came from a large military transport helicopter not far away, its engine roaring. 0

Shen Kun climbed out of the cabin and called out to the members of the Chicken Dinner Team standing near the door, "Everyone, hurry up and get on that helicopter. We're the last group to arrive. Once we reach the island, make sure to rest well for the activities." 0

Fang Jia Shen asked Shen Kun, "When will we get our gear?" 0

Shen Kun smiled and replied, "You'll receive your gear once we reach the island." 0

Hearing about the gear distribution, the bewildered members of the Chicken Dinner Team began to feel excited again. 0

"Shen Kun, what kind of gear has your travel agency prepared for us? Do we have any sniper rifles?" 0

Shen Kun chuckled and said, "The island has all kinds of equipment. However, everyone starts with the same basic setup: a set of combat fatigues, a defensive handgun, a water bottle, and three packs of Combat Ration. After the activities begin, the company will randomly drop some special equipment on the island. It will depend on your luck and skills to acquire them. Now hurry up and board the helicopter; in an hour or two, we'll reach our destination. If you can rest a bit before then, it will be beneficial because being tired when the activities start could put you at a disadvantage." 0

Ye Tong grabbed Shen Kun by his collar and scolded him, "Damn it! Why are we the last ones to arrive? Shen Kun, are you messing with us on purpose?" 0

Shen Kun quickly apologized with a smile, "Ye Shao, you've misunderstood. You're all my lucky stars; why would I mess with you? It's mainly because there are no direct flights from China to Seda Island; we had to change planes once more. Come on now, Ye Shao, hurry up and board! I promise you'll receive an extra surprise when you reach the mysterious island." 0

Ye Tong huffed and pushed Shen Kun away. "If you disappoint me later, I swear I'll tear down your damn travel agency when I get back." 0

Shen Kun continued to smile and assure everyone as he urged them to hurry onto the helicopter. 0

Zhao Jun and Li Wei walked past Shen Kun when Zhao Jun suddenly stopped and asked him, "Shen Kun, where exactly are we standing right now?" 0

Shen Kun smiled and replied, "This is Nameless Island. The airport here was left behind by RB forces during World War II. Our headquarters invested a lot of money just to repair this runway so that planes could barely take off and land." 0

"Nameless Island?" Zhao Jun shook his head lightly. How could an island where Japanese forces built an airport during World War II be called Nameless Island? 0

Zhao Jun crouched down and felt along the runway under the light coming from inside the transport plane; it was made of rough sand and cement. 0

"Li Wei impatiently urged Zhao Jun, 'Stop dawdling, will you? There's not a soul in sight in this godforsaken place. Let's get on the helicopter already; I'm dying of boredom. Once we land, I need a good sleep.'" 0

Zhao Jun nodded and stood up, glancing at his watch before dragging his suitcase toward the transport helicopter alongside Li Wei. 0

At school, Zhao Jun taught geography and natural sciences. Although he hadn't traveled much, he considered himself fairly knowledgeable about world geography. Driven by a natural instinct for self-preservation, he wanted to understand exactly where they were. 0

However, after switching to a military transport plane on Seda Island, he found it impossible to discern directions in the cramped cabin, especially since they were flying at night. All he knew was that it took four hours and twenty-five minutes from Seda Island to their current location. He hadn’t received the answers he sought from Shen Kun and could only roughly estimate their position by drawing a circle with a four-hour and twenty-five-minute radius centered on Seda Island. 0

What puzzled Zhao Jun the most was why Shen Kun had told him this was a Nameless Island. 0

Once aboard the transport helicopter, the cabin was cramped with thirty-two people squeezed together. 0

Shen Kun was the last to board. After closing the cabin door, he apologized repeatedly to the complaining Chicken Dinner Players before turning to enter the cockpit, greeting the pilot who had been waiting for some time to take off. 0

With the deafening roar of the engine, the helicopter shook as it lifted off the ground, adjusting its course and swiftly heading into the vast ocean. 0

Inside the cabin, Li Wei elbowed Zhao Jun, who was deep in thought with a slight frown. He pulled out a chocolate bar from his bag and handed it to Zhao Jun while unwrapping one for himself. With a smile, he asked, "What are you thinking about?" 0

Zhao Jun shook his head and replied, "Just wondering where we are." 0

Li Wei chuckled lightly, "You silly fool, we're on a helicopter." 0

Zhao Jun shot him an annoyed glance before taking a bite of chocolate and said thoughtfully, "Li Wei, don’t you find it strange?" 0

"Strange? What’s so strange? I think you're the strange one for wanting to analyze every little thing like a broken runway." 0

Zhao Jun glared at the laughing Li Wei and whispered seriously, "I'm being serious here. Why do you think Shen Kun is hiding what that island is called? It should have been named since it was occupied by Japanese forces during World War II and even had an airport built on it." 0

Li Wei paused for a moment before grinning at Zhao Jun. "You must be out of your mind; teaching geography has made you foolish! There are plenty of unnamed islands in the Pacific. Who's to say that little RB didn't go crazy and build an airport on a Nameless Island?" 0

Clearly, they were not on the same wavelength. 0

Zhao Jun rolled his eyes at Li Wei in exasperation and opened his suitcase to pull out an enlarged map of the Pacific Ocean. 0

For this chicken dinner event, Zhao Jun had prepared thoroughly. He brought along his prized infrared telescope and a waterproof luminous watch with a compass. If weapons were allowed on board, he would have even considered bringing his cherished U.S. M9 bayonet. 0

Seeing Zhao Jun spread out the map on his lap, Yang Bing, who had been sitting at the back of the cabin, got up and approached them. He gently tapped a drowsy Chicken Dinner Player sitting next to Zhao Jun and said quietly, "Hey buddy, how about we switch seats? I'd like to take a look at that map." 0

The Chicken Dinner Players were initially filled with complaints, but when he looked up and saw the person standing in front of him was Yang Bing, who had just been reprimanded by Ye Tong at the Hong Kong Island Airport, he quickly smiled and stood up, saying, "No problem." 0

Yang Bing thanked him and swapped places with the man. Looking at Zhao Jun, who was gazing back at him, he said, "Hello, you must be Teacher Zhao, right? I’d like to take a look at the map to confirm our current location." 0

Zhao Jun handed a corner of the map to Yang Bing and replied, "I was just thinking of finding someone to study this with. I asked Shen Kun about that island earlier; he said it’s called Nameless Island." 0

"Nameless Island?" Yang Bing furrowed his brow. 0

Zhao Jun nodded and pointed to Seda Island on the map. "The last island we landed on was Seda Island. After transferring to the transport plane there, we flew for four hours and twenty-five minutes. I’m not sure what the average speed of that transport plane was, so I can only estimate a rough range." 0

Yang Bing interrupted Zhao Jun, saying, "We were on an American-made C-130 transport plane; its normal cruising speed is 602 kilometers per hour." 0

"602 kilometers? So, in four hours and twenty-five minutes, we covered approximately between 2600 and 2700 kilometers," Zhao Jun quickly calculated, reaching into his suitcase for a compass. He measured the coordinates on the map and drew a circle centered around Seda Island. 0

Seeing the circle, Zhao Jun couldn't help but grin slightly as he whispered, "If I'm not mistaken, we should be deep in the Pacific Ocean right now." 0

Yang Bing pondered for a moment before quietly asking, "Why would their company choose such a remote location for an event?" 0

In truth, Yang Bing didn’t need an answer to his question. After asking it, he stood up and walked toward the cockpit door. 0

"Yang Bing, I’ll go with you," Zhao Jun hurriedly folded the map and stuffed it into his pocket before standing up to catch up with Yang Bing. 0
