Wu Rong smiled, comfortably holding the soft Rao Jie in his arms. Taking advantage of her excitement, he leaned down and lightly kissed the top of her head, stealing a small moment of intimacy.
After a wave of joy, Rao Jie shyly released Wu Rong. He, unusually considerate, didn’t let her feel awkward.

They all sent similar messages urging her to check the school forum.
Rao Jie quickly logged into the school forum to take a look.

Rao Jie felt a chill run down her spine as an ominous premonition washed over her. She hurriedly clicked on it and saw several images displayed, with some information circled in red.
The information highlighted Rao Jie’s math exam scores from the past few years. The most shocking was her most recent math score.
The rapid progress was astonishing. Rao Jie held her breath, continuously looking down. Finally, she saw two photos of herself with Wu Rong in the parking lot. One showed them embracing, while the other captured her getting into Wu Rong's car. It was clear—there was no denying that she and Wu Rong were involved.
Below the images was an explanation from the poster, detailing the identities of Rao Jie and Wu Rong. The conclusion was presented in a questioning tone, as if the poster believed that this would absolve them of responsibility for their words, merely offering an opinion and leaving it to classmates to judge for themselves. But if it weren't about her, just seeing those images and words would have made Rao Jie doubt whether there was some undisclosed deal between the teacher and the student. Was that perfect score on her exam obtained through connections, allowing her to pass smoothly? It seemed like such an incredible turnaround.
Unable to resist, Rao Jie scrolled down through several comments, all filled with insults. She couldn't bear to look any longer; she was already in tears from anger. Just then, her door swung open violently. Wu Rong stood outside, holding his phone with a dark expression on his face.
Rao Jie turned around and found herself momentarily at a loss for words. Wu Rong gazed at Rao Jie's tear-streaked face, his anger boiling over. He gripped his phone tightly, recalling what Ye Ming had just shown him—those hurtful things that clearly Rao Jie had seen and that had already caused her pain.
