We three shrank back a bit, and I decided to retreat first, thinking of a way to deal with them later. "Stop hiding, I can see you all. Get out here quickly," came the voice of the Tall, Thin Man. 0

At this moment, Jiao Ba was completely stunned, sweat pouring down his face! It was clear how nervous he was. Shunzi kept gripping my arm; neither of them had ever experienced a situation like this, so it was no surprise they were anxious. I tried my best to stay calm, treating it as a military exercise. 0

"I’m telling you, if you don’t come out soon, I’ll start shooting," the Tall, Thin Man shouted loudly. 0

Just as we were about to run, a hoarse male voice rang out again: "Stop wasting time with them. If you don’t come out now, I’ll kill this old man." 0

"Brother Yi, what should we do now?" Jiao Ba was almost spinning in circles with anxiety. If we didn’t go out, they might take action. These people clearly weren’t good news. While the three of us might manage to escape, I couldn’t just leave so many others behind! Should I try to force that man in black out? But what if he didn’t show up and we ended up losing a few of our own first? 0

"Brother Yi, say something!" Shunzi was also starting to lose patience. 0

"We can only take a gamble now. Let’s go out." The three of us raised our hands and slowly walked out. My eyes scanned the area; Jenny and Li Xin were indeed on the other side of the deck. They had been tied up, standing back-to-back in a rather disheveled state. 0

Next to Jenny was a man whose true identity I finally recognized. No wonder that voice sounded so familiar! This guy was someone I had beaten up at the bar—the Bearded Man who had blocked Jenny at the restroom entrance when I first met her. 0

I looked around again; another boat was docked next to our fishing vessel. One thing I could be sure of was that this group had arrived on that boat and then boarded ours via the gangplank. The other sailors must have been captured on deck; we had been celebrating and drinking today, and many sailors were passed out on the deck. 0

After we stepped outside, Jenny's gaze turned toward us. From her eyes, I saw unease and anxiety. I forced a nod and a smile at her. Although I knew it wouldn’t help much, it was all I could do for now. 0

The tall man approached us with a gun in hand and said, "Damn it, you three hid well? Get over there and squat down." 0

We three walked over to Mai Lao's side, crouching down with our hands on our heads. Around us were armed men, their eyes fixed on us. I looked at the group and spoke in the softest voice to Mai Lao, "So, what’s the situation, Mai Lao? Is everything alright?" 0

"Everything's fine, but we need to come up with a plan," Mai Lao replied quietly, scanning the surroundings. 0

"Let's adapt to the situation," was all I could think of. With so many guns pointed at us, unless we captured the Bearded Man, there was no way we could escape unscathed; casualties were inevitable. 0

"Miss Ma, I'll ask you one last time: are you going to give it to me or not?" The Bearded Man stood across from Jenny, his face twisted in an ugly sneer. 0

"Forget it! I won't give it to you," Jenny replied coldly, her stubbornness evident. 0

"Haha, quite the character you are! But let me tell you, I don't have any sympathy for delicate flowers." As soon as the Bearded Man finished speaking, he swung his hand and slapped Jenny twice hard enough that blood trickled from her mouth. He grabbed her long hair and shouted, "Damn it! You’re asking for it. Now tell me, where's the Nautical Chart?" 0

It took me a moment to realize that this guy was after the Nautical Chart. So that was why he had shown up at the bar last time. Based on what I knew about Jenny, she had no reason to reveal the secret of the Nautical Chart to anyone else! Aside from us few on board, none of the other sailors should know anything about it. 0

But what if someone did know... I suddenly thought that there must be a traitor among us. Someone must have tipped off the Bearded Man; otherwise, in this vast ocean at night, he wouldn’t have been able to find us. We had been at sea for so many days and had long since left the Celestial Empire's waters. But who could that traitor be? I truly couldn’t figure it out. 0

Jenny’s face was flushed red from the beating as she gasped angrily, "Bastard! You can ask a hundred times; my answer will still be the same—I won’t give it to you." 0

The Bearded Man reached out and touched Jenny’s face, licking his lips as he said, "Alright then! Since you’re being so disobedient, don’t blame me for what happens next. Brothers, how about we give Miss Ma a proper 'service'?" 0

"Sure! A night with this gorgeous lady would be worth dying for," said the Slim Tall Man in a Beret with a lewd grin. 0

"You... you scum! You're utterly shameless," Jenny trembled with rage. 0

"You dare to touch Jenny, and I will kill you all," Li Xin finally spoke up. It seemed she only found her voice in the most dangerous moments. The two women kept writhing, likely trying to break free from their bindings, but it was utterly futile; all their efforts were in vain. 0

Suddenly, I felt a surge of satisfaction. Li Xin, who had always been so proud and looked down on everyone, was now forced into such a predicament. She must be seething with anger! At this moment, I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. Wasn't it a bit excessive? Aren't you supposed to be so impressive, Li Xin? Didn't they say you were a master? How did you end up in such a situation? It seemed that the so-called masters in this society were not all they were cracked up to be. 0

The Bearded Man laughed heartily. "If you really had the ability to kill me, you wouldn't have been caught by me, Miss Ma. I'll give you one last chance: will you speak or not?" 0

"Fine, I'll tell you. The Nautical Chart has already been burned by me; you can't get it anymore." Jenny was truly foolish; at such a critical moment, she was still stubbornly resisting. We needed to stabilize these people first. 0

The Bearded Man's expression changed as he snorted. "Hmph, very well. Since you're so insistent, don't blame me for what happens next. Bring a few people over and strip her." 0

"Wait! I know where the Nautical Chart is." Before anyone could react, I immediately stood up and shouted. I could tell that the Bearded Man and his crew were no ordinary characters; these criminals would do anything. If we lost too much over something trivial, it wouldn't be worth it. We needed to keep them calm; there would always be an opportunity to escape later. 0
