I opened the car door and found a blanket in the trunk.
I turned to Mary and said, "Zhang Zijun is naturally responsible for calling us and misleading the police. Ha Li Min is responsible for the killings. I sighed and continued, "The murderer even had time to clean the bloodstains from the ground and the body. So putting some clothes on the corpse wouldn't have been difficult. But this time, the murderer didn't do that. Is it really a matter of gender differences, or could there be other possibilities?"
Gu Chen and Chen Bo lifted the body into the car, and we drove towards the Substation.
When Chen Bo began the autopsy, it was eight in the morning.
"There's news."
As Wang Fa-Yi was halfway through the autopsy, Chen Bo walked in from outside. He said, "Our police have finally searched all five Gold Shops in town. We found the person who purchased the Fishhook in one of the shops. That's right, it was Ha Li Min. Wang Fa-Yi stated decisively.
At nine o'clock, the autopsy was completed.
Guo Li was still dead. Although we had already captured a so-called murderer, another one remained at large. However, this time, we would soon find Ha Li Min. Previously, due to a phone call, we had assumed the murderer was a man, but now we realized that this was a deliberate ploy by Zhang Zijun to mislead us.

It was Chen Bo calling.

"When we arrived here, we apprehended Ha Li Min on the spot."
With that, Chen Bo extended his hand, and a nearby officer brought over an evidence bag. It was a large bag containing a whip.
I took it and examined it closely. The length and thickness of the whip matched the wounds on Guo Li's body. Whether this whip was indeed the one that caused Guo Li's injuries would need to be confirmed through comparative tests by Wang Fa-Yi.
If it turned out that this whip was used to abuse Guo Li, then we would have Evidence. Coupled with the batches of Fishhooks and fishing lines purchased by Ha Li Min, if they matched exactly what she bought, then the evidence would be conclusive. Regardless of whether Ha Li Min admitted to it or not, she could not escape legal consequences.
"We'll take Ha Li Min back to the station for questioning shortly."
I turned to Chen Bo and asked, "Is there anything new?"
"You'll see when you come in," he replied as he walked toward the bedroom.
