Xiao Yefeng stood firmly on the Bagua Diagram, having shattered every bone in Zero's body. However, the unfortunate truth was that Zero was immortal. Yet, after this encounter, Xiao Yefeng believed that Zero would not return, for he had not only used spiritual power but also added the Intercepting Finger technique. While Xiao Yefeng could not kill Zero, he managed to seal all of his meridians.
Facing such a dangerous enemy, Xiao Yefeng did not wish to confront him again. After sealing Zero's meridians, he swiftly severed Zero's head with a single stroke of his sword and then kicked the remains of Zero's body away. The sharp edge of the sword cleaved through Zero's skull, and at that moment, Xiao Yefeng finally felt a sense of relief. However, it was evident that Zero, possessing the ability of the Immortal Insect, was still not dead; his severed head continued to writhe and regenerate while the body crawled toward it.

Outside the door, fierce battles raged on while an unsettling atmosphere lingered inside. It was Virgo Palace Master who broke the stalemate; as he stood up, Xiao Yefeng sensed him instantly.
Almost simultaneously, Xiao Yefeng also stood with sword in hand. In their gaze locked together, he saw surprise in Virgo Palace Master's eyes—but what good did that do?
"You are impressive; very impressive!" Virgo Palace Master said in a deep voice.
"Does being impressive mean you will open the door and let us go?" Xiao Yefeng replied.
With a smile, the Virgo Palace Master said, "Actually, you missed the best time to leave here, so neither you nor she can go. You will become my better guards!"
"Are you going to make a move?" Xiao Yefeng stood with his sword, shifting his position. It was clear that the Virgo Palace Master would not harm Consort Mi, so Xiao Yefeng did not want the aftermath of the battle to affect her, who was completely unaware.

The Tiger Shark Team regrouped while Virgin's side gathered under Chris's command outside the door. The battle situation seemed to have come to a standstill due to this sight.

"How would I know? No one has seen Old Pervert truly make a move. I hope he is safe!" Na frowned.

"Huff... huff... cough!" Embedded against the iron plate, Xiao Yefeng gasped for breath. The man before him did not continue his assault; it was precisely because of this that Xiao Yefeng managed to quell his surging spiritual energy and suppress the intense pain. Aside from his ribs being damaged due to Symbol Bone automatically protecting its master by urgently drawing energy from all over his body to form the Stellar Rune Shield, all other Symbol Bones had completely lost their runic power due to this punch from Virgo Palace Master severely injuring Xiao Yefeng.

Xiao Yefeng stared at the Virgo Palace Master and asked, "You still have the Immortal Insect Gene?"

After pressing a button, Xiao Yefeng and Consort Mi were sealed behind a glass wall.
Then they heard the Virgo Palace Master say, "Consider yourself lucky; the Super Life Goddess Potion will be enough to heal your wounds. Once I deal with matters outside, I'll come back to study you!" After saying this, he pressed another button, causing dark green liquid to surge from beneath the testing platform and quickly fill the glass container. Xiao Yefeng and Liu Yiyi, unable to move, began to float.
