For the second time, Jono kissed Jin Chengyan fiercely, leaving no room for refusal.
Jin Chengyan pushed Jono away, pressing her body against the wall.
Her slender frame felt a bit of pain from his actions.
"Jono!" He was indeed holding back, but Jono was challenging his limits!
"Jin Chengyan, I like you! I knew you liked Ruan Shengyu before, but you told me she wasn't your girlfriend. Since you're single, why can't I like you? I'm right here, so why shouldn't I take the initiative?" Jono had never liked being passive.
When she liked someone, she expressed it clearly!
Earlier, she had asked Jin Chengyan if Ruan Shengyu was his girlfriend. If she were, she would have given up; she didn't want to be like Ni Yue, a woman who stole someone else's boyfriend.
But if not, why couldn't she pursue a single Jin Chengyan?

Jin Chengyan looked at Jono, and for a moment, he almost wanted to pin her down on the bed, to possess her completely.
But he couldn't quite articulate what stopped him from doing so; there was something about Jono that made him feel she didn't deserve to be treated that way.
Otherwise, even if A-Shan had suddenly barged in just now, he might not have stopped.
"Go back to your room," he said, avoiding her confession with those words.
You cannot wake someone who pretends to be asleep, nor can you make someone who doesn't love you fall in love with you.
All of Jono's passion was extinguished by Jin Chengyan's statement.
She had been naive, dreaming of something that wasn't meant to be, which led her to this situation.
She stepped back, feeling the cold floor beneath her bare feet. It was truly awful—the feeling of being rejected was unbearable. She never wanted to experience that again.
Jono turned around and slowly walked toward her room.
But just as she was about to close the door, she was pushed inside by a sudden force. Before she could react, the door had already shut behind her.
"Jin Chengyan..."
"If this is what you want, I'll give it to you." With that, Jin Chengyan sealed Jono's lips with his own!
Everything happened too quickly for Jono to process.
Jin Chengyan always seemed to lift people from the depths of despair only to let them fall again, giving hope after a crushing disappointment!
He placed her back on the bed, and in an instant, his large hands stripped away her nightgown.
Her lips were sealed, and she couldn't utter a word, only able to endure all of Jin Chengyan's actions.
Wherever his hands roamed, her skin flushed red, even more so than before, making Jono tremble.
She knew that this time, Jin Chengyan was serious!
However, Jono felt a twinge of fear!
In this moment, was it really appropriate to engage with Jin Chengyan?
Yet, it was too late for regrets!
"Jono, what are you thinking at a time like this?" Jin Chengyan's beautiful eyes locked onto hers, pulling her soul back to reality.
Jono met the gaze of Jin Chengyan above her; the proximity nearly made her forget to breathe. Such a charming man was right beside her, sharing the most intimate moments!
Before she could respond, Jin Chengyan leaned forward and entered her.
Jono bit her lower lip; it hurt...
What was this feeling? Why did it come so suddenly? How...
Jin Chengyan's brow seemed to furrow as well; suddenly, the expression between his brows softened considerably.
"Is this your first time?" He appeared to be holding back something, and the part of him buried within her remained still.
Jono's face flushed crimson; she dared not look at Jin Chengyan anymore and could only nod.
All she heard was Jin Chengyan letting out a long sigh.
Later, Jono's memories became a blur; all she could recall was being tossed around by Jin Chengyan from dusk until deep into the night, and then from the night until dawn.
He seemed utterly tireless, indulging in her without restraint after tasting the sweetness of it.
When Jono finally woke up, it was already noon the next day. The down comforter draped over her felt incredibly cozy. Aside from the discomfort lingering in her body, having Jin Chengyan by her side would have made it perfect.
Just thinking about the craziness she shared with Jin Chengyan yesterday made her cheeks flush involuntarily.
After getting dressed, Jono pulled back the covers and noticed faint marks on the white sheets, stirring a wave of emotions within her.
When she had been with Shen Fengye, he had made his intentions clear in both subtle and overt ways, yet Jono always felt it wasn't the right time; she couldn't bring herself to take that step with him.
She had wanted to wait until marriage, but before that could happen, she discovered Shen Fengye's true nature.
However, with Jin Chengyan, everything felt different. She trusted him completely, wholeheartedly.
Jono thought to herself that perhaps she was being a bit foolish.
Standing in front of the bathroom mirror, she spoke to her reflection, “Dad, I think I’ve found someone I want to love for a lifetime. Don’t worry; I’ll be okay.”

Half an hour later, Jono emerged from her room and unsurprisingly spotted Jin Chengyan in the kitchen.
He wore a white shirt and black dress pants, leaning one hand against the countertop as he watched the rich brown liquid drip from the coffee machine. The aroma of coffee filled the kitchen.
Jono walked over and wrapped her arms around his waist, resting her face against his back.
“Ayan…” she murmured. She remembered that those close to him called him that. They had grown so intimate that she felt comfortable using that name for him too.
Moreover, he had said before that she could call him that.
However, at that time, Jono was too shy to clearly define their relationship; how could she have called him that?
It was just that after last night, she felt many things had changed!
But it was not as gentle a response from Jin Chengyan as he had imagined.
Instead, Jin Chengyan removed the hand he had placed around Jono's waist, turned around, and looked at her with a face as cold as ice.
Suddenly, he chuckled lightly. "Jono, you thought you could use such a clumsy tactic to ruin Shengyu's purity, didn't you?"
Jono's mind was in a daze. What was Jin Chengyan talking about?
But in the next second, Jin Chengyan grasped Jono's chin, looking at her with an unfamiliar expression.
It was different from the passionate entanglement they had shared last night.
"Ayan?"
"Shut up! You don't have the right to call me that!" Jin Chengyan said fiercely, tightening his grip on her chin!
The change came too quickly for Jono to react.
It was like yesterday when he suddenly changed his mind and pinned her down on the bed; now he seemed like a completely different person as he held her chin!
Were these two people both Jin Chengyan?
"Jono, no one can harm Shengyu. Whatever harm you've done to her, I will return it double! If you want her purity destroyed, now it's your own purity at stake, or perhaps even your heart... can't be hidden anymore!" Jin Chengyan pointed to the area of Jono's heart.
With each poke, Jono felt a sharp pain.
Suddenly, she realized that everything Jin Chengyan had done was merely to take revenge for Ruan Shengyu, and he had never believed that she was innocent from the beginning!
She looked at Jin Chengyan with a dawning realization, feeling even worse than when she discovered Shen Fengye's betrayal.
"So, you have always thought it was me who ruined Ruan Shengyu's reputation? You believed I was the one who instigated all of this?"
"Isn't it?" Jin Chengyan firmly believed that Ruan Shengyu would never joke about her own integrity. After being in the entertainment industry for so long, she had always maintained her purity!
He had just met Jono, and she was already facing such a situation; naturally, he felt compelled to do something for Ruan Shengyu.
"So, you ask me if I love you? You knew I was the one who took the initiative, yet you still rejected me, only to give me hope when I was disappointed and then have relations with me?" Jono didn't cry; perhaps the shock of the situation left her without the will to weep.
Jin Chengyan released Jono's chin and wiped his fingers with a tissue, as if he had just touched something unclean.
This action stung Jono deeply.
If he truly despised touching her so much, why had he held her tightly last night? Why did he continue to entangle himself with her?
Was it all just to ruin her reputation in revenge for Ruan Shengyu?
"Jin Chengyan, you really are quite the schemer! To help Ruan Shengyu take revenge, you're willing to sacrifice your own integrity! Don't act like I'm the one at a loss here; you suppressed your disgust and had relations with me—how noble of you!" Jono scoffed, mocking him for being a man who would go to such lengths for the woman he loved!
Jin Chengyan was taken aback by Jono's response; he expected her to cry and cling to him, calling him a scumbag. Instead, she remained so composed!
It was as if he were the one who had been wronged!
"Jono, I've never seen such a shameless woman!"
“Jin Chengyan, I have never seen a man as technically inept as you!” Jono retaliated!
She shot him a glare and stormed out of Jin Mansion without looking back.
Jin Chengyan stood frozen in the kitchen. Had she really never encountered a man with better skills? Where on earth had she met men with good skills?
Shen Fengye? Hmph, that man was hardly worth mentioning!
Huo Yawen? She actually had a connection with that man!
Or was it Yan Beiting? That hypocritical man!
The more he thought about it, the angrier Jin Chengyan became. He picked up his coffee and took a big gulp, only to find it too hot. Frustrated, he tossed the blanket onto the countertop.
But where had Jono gone now?
