The car drove into Sunshine Villa.
As one of the most prosperous cities in Huaxia Nation, Jing City is a place where every inch of land is precious. Sunshine Villa, located in the heart of Jing City, covers a vast area with lush greenery. Each villa is spaced far apart, showcasing the identity and status of its residents.
I gazed out the window at the rows of green trees, beautiful fountains, and the European-style villas, feeling a sense of curiosity. These villas looked stunning; I wondered what they were like inside.
The car stopped in front of a three-story villa.
“Madam, we have arrived,” Li Ming reminded me.
I snapped back to reality, nodded, and opened the car door to step out.
As soon as I got out, I saw Uncle Luo, the butler of the Bo Family, standing at the entrance with a group of maids behind him, all smiling warmly at me.
I paused for a moment before realizing this was where Bo Jingtian lived.
“Madam, hello. I am the butler here; you can call me Uncle Luo,” he said respectfully, then handed me a bouquet of roses. “This was specially prepared for you by the young master. He said you like roses and asked me to get you a bouquet. I hope you like it.”
I looked at the vibrant roses in my arms, feeling somewhat surprised. I hadn’t expected Bo Jingtian to send me flowers. Although I didn’t know much about flowers, I could tell these were quite valuable.
“Thank you,” I smiled gently at Uncle Luo.
“Madam is too kind; please come inside,” Uncle Luo gestured for me to enter.
I followed him into the villa.
Once inside, I was stunned by the exquisite and luxurious decor. The hall was spacious, with crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, priceless oil paintings adorning the walls, and floors so polished they reflected light. The furniture was made of genuine leather—soft and comfortable—making it hard to want to leave once seated.
“Madam, this is your and the young master’s bedroom; over here is the dressing room, and this way is the bathroom…” Uncle Luo guided me through the villa.
I looked around in awe, secretly amazed. This truly was a home fit for one of the world’s richest individuals; it was magnificent.
“Madam, lunch is ready. Would you like to dine now?” Uncle Luo asked.
“Yes,” I nodded.
Uncle Luo led me to the dining room.
The long dining table was filled with an array of sumptuous dishes.
“Madam, the young master has matters to attend to today and will not be joining you for lunch; please enjoy your meal,” Uncle Luo said.
I nodded and took my seat at the head of the table.
Picking up my chopsticks, I began to eat. I had to admit that the chefs at the Bo Family were exceptional; each dish was not only visually appealing but also uniquely flavorful—better than anything I had tasted at any hotel before.
I found myself salivating.
By the end of the meal, my stomach felt pleasantly full. Leaning back in my chair, I rubbed my belly and sighed contentedly.
The life of the wealthy is truly wonderful.
"Madam, you've just finished your meal. It's not advisable to sit for too long. Perhaps you could have some fruit to aid digestion," Uncle Luo said as he approached with a plate of fruit.
I nodded, took the fruit platter, and bit into an apple. It was sweet and crisp, very delicious.
"Madam, would you like to take a stroll around the villa to help with digestion?" Uncle Luo suggested.
"Sure," I replied, finding the idea appealing.
So, Uncle Luo led me on a tour of the villa. The villa had three floors; the second floor housed the bedrooms and study, while the third floor was dedicated to leisure activities, including a gym, a game room, and a home theater.
As I followed Uncle Luo through the entire villa, my satisfaction with this place grew. The environment was simply fantastic—far better than where I used to live. I thought that if I stayed here for a while, I would probably fall in love with this place.
"Madam, this is your dressing room," Uncle Luo said as he brought me to a room on the second floor and opened the door.
I stepped inside and saw the room filled with various designer clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry.
"Madam, these are new season clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry. Please take a look and see if there’s anything you like; you can choose several sets," Uncle Luo said.
I stared at the abundance of designer items in awe. While I loved buying clothes, shoes, and bags, I didn't think it was necessary to buy so many at once.
"Uncle Luo, I already have plenty of clothes; there's no need for all of this," I waved my hand dismissively.
"Madam, these were specially prepared for you by the young master. If you don’t like them, he will blame me," Uncle Luo replied.
"Huh?" I paused for a moment. "Bo Jingtian prepared these?"
"Yes," Uncle Luo nodded.
"Well..." I hesitated for a moment. "Alright then, I'll pick a few sets."
After saying that, I walked over to the clothing rack and began selecting outfits. I chose a pink sundress, a pair of matching high heels, and a handbag in the same color.
Once I changed into the new outfit and stepped out, Uncle Luo immediately gave me a thumbs up. "You look beautiful, Madam."
I smiled lightly. "You're too kind, Uncle Luo."
"Madam, if you need anything at all, just let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you," Uncle Luo said.
"Okay, I will," I nodded in response.
"If you're feeling bored, you can go check out the backyard," Uncle Luo suggested.
"The backyard?" I blinked in surprise.
"Yes, there are some flowers and plants back there as well as a pond; the scenery is quite nice," Uncle Luo explained.
"Sounds good," I nodded again.
Uncle Luo led me to the backyard.
As soon as I stepped out the back door, I caught a faint scent of flowers. Following the fragrance, I turned to see a patch of Roses. The Roses were in full bloom, vibrant and colorful, truly beautiful.
"Wow, they're so pretty," I couldn't help but exclaim.
"If you like them, Madam, you can come and see them often," Uncle Luo said with a smile.
"Yes," I nodded and walked along the path, passing through the Rose bushes until I reached a pond.
The water in the pond was crystal clear, and a few swans were gliding gracefully across its surface, leisurely enjoying their surroundings. As I gazed at the pond, I couldn't help but think about fishing. It would be wonderful if I could fish here.
"Uncle Luo, is there a Fishing Rod here?" I asked.
"Yes, but it's in the storage room. If you need it, I'll have someone bring it to you," Uncle Luo replied.
"Okay," I nodded.
I wandered around the backyard and discovered many fun spots, like a swing and a Rocking Chair... Unfortunately, it was too hot outside; otherwise, I could have sat on the Rocking Chair to cool off.
"Uncle Luo, it seems like something is missing here," I said with a frown.
"Oh? What is it?" Uncle Luo asked curiously.
"The Rocking Chair," I replied.
"The Rocking Chair?" Uncle Luo paused for a moment before realizing, "Do you like Rocking Chairs, Madam?"
"Yes," I nodded again.
"Alright, I'll remember that and keep an eye out for one," Uncle Luo said.
"Thank you, Uncle Luo," I said with a smile.
After playing in the backyard for a while, I started to feel a bit tired.
"Uncle Luo, I want to go up and take a nap," I said.
"Of course, Madam. I'll take you to your bedroom," Uncle Luo responded.
