Although the evil force had been sealed, the ancient tomb did not immediately return to calm. 0

The earthquake continued, with stones falling from the top of the passageway, as if the Daxing'anling Ancient Tomb were letting out its final roar, determined to bury these intruders who disturbed its peace. 0

Wang Batian's subordinates began to frantically search for an exit, moving about like headless flies, pushing and shoving each other while shouting incessantly. 0

"Don't push me; we all want to live!" Sun Ermazi, one of Wang Batian's men, cried out. His face was filled with terror, his eyes wide open as he tried to find a glimmer of hope in the chaotic crowd. 0

Veins bulged on his forehead, and sweat rolled down like beads, washing away streaks of dirt on his face. His already tattered clothes were now even more disheveled as he waved his hands in the air, trying to push through the crowd but being jostled around instead. 0

Seeing this, Lao Hu shouted loudly, "Everyone stay calm; panicking will only make things worse!" 0

His voice resonated like a bell in the chaotic passageway, attempting to steady the frightened group. He knew that if they did not remain composed at this moment, they would all perish within the ancient tomb. 0

Lao Hu led Zhang Qi and A Ling in an effort to maintain order amidst the turmoil. 0

He stood like a steady commander, his gaze scanning the surroundings with determination as he directed everyone, "Gather over here; don’t scatter!" 0

His posture was upright; despite multiple injuries on his body, he stood tall, exuding a sense of reliability. His eyes reflected calmness and decisiveness, making him a pillar of strength for everyone during this perilous time. 0

Meanwhile, Professor Li was studying the structure of the passageway nearby. His brow furrowed in concentration, completely oblivious to the surrounding dangers. 0

His glasses glimmered faintly in the dim light as his fingers traced the patterns on the walls of the tomb. He murmured to himself, "The layout of this passage must follow some pattern; we will definitely find an exit." 0

His expression was serious and focused, immersed in thoughts about the structure of the tomb passage, as if the chaos around him had nothing to do with him. He crouched down, carefully observing the arrangement of the stones on the ground, then stood up to examine the carvings and symbols on the walls. After a thorough observation and contemplation, he finally shouted, "Over here! I think this passage might lead to an exit." 0

However, some of Wang Batian's subordinates did not heed his command and ran off in what they believed was a safer direction. 0

One of them, named Liu San, relying on his strength, brandished his long knife and charged ahead, muttering, "I don't believe him. The path I found is definitely correct." 0

A hint of arrogance was on his face, but fear lurked in his eyes. Yet they hadn’t run far before they were ambushed by a group of Little Zombies. 0

The Little Zombies lunged at them with bared teeth and claws, emitting chilling roars. 0

In an instant, cries for help intertwined with the zombies' growls in the tomb passage. 0

Liu San's face turned pale with fright; he swung his long knife wildly without any technique. "Help! Someone come!" he shouted desperately. 0

His legs trembled uncontrollably, nearly giving way under him. Each time a Little Zombie approached, he let out a terrified scream. The others who had fled also found themselves in dire straits—some were scratched by zombies, blood streaming from their wounds as they writhed on the ground in agony; others collapsed in fear, their eyes vacant as if their souls had been lost, mumbling pleas for mercy. 0

Lao Hu watched this scene and shook his head helplessly. He turned to Zhang Qi and A Ling and said, "These people won’t listen to advice and are asking for trouble. But we can’t just stand by; we have to save them." 0

His tone carried a hint of reproach but was more resolute. 0

Zhang Qi nodded and tightened his grip on the shovel. "Then let's go. We can't just watch them get eaten by zombies." 0

His eyes reflected courage and kindness. Despite knowing the dangers ahead, he chose to rescue without hesitation. 0

A Ling also gathered her spirits and said, "I'll use my magic to cover everyone." 0

She took a deep breath, adjusted her state, and began to form hand seals while chanting softly, trying to gather the remaining power. 0

Thus, the three of them rushed toward the direction where the zombies were attacking, preparing to embark on another life-and-death rescue in this perilous ancient tomb. 0

Lao Hu led the way, his movements swift and decisive. The dagger in his hand sliced through the air with a cold gleam, each thrust pushing back the approaching Little Zombie. Zhang Qi followed closely behind, using his shovel to strike at the zombies, clearing a path for the injured. 0

A Ling was behind them casting her spells; her talismans flickered with a faint light, temporarily blocking some of the zombies' attacks. 0

In this chaotic ancient tomb, their figures appeared particularly resolute, becoming everyone's last hope. Meanwhile, the crisis in the tomb continued unabated, with every step filled with uncertainty and danger. Whether they could successfully rescue everyone and lead them to escape from the Ancient Tomb remained unknown. 0
