Old K is unwilling to meet Revenge. This disappoints Revenge, but he is not surprised. The servant launched another attack, swinging his fists even faster and with more force. Revenge agilely evaded and swiftly counterattacked, landing a heavy blow to the servant's ribs. The servant let out a painful groan but did not fall, instead growing even angrier. He roared, his eyes turning bloodshot, and once again lunged at Revenge.
This time, Revenge did not dodge, but instead met the attack head-on. Their fists collided in the air, producing a dull thud. Both of them stepped back, adjusting their breath, preparing for the next round of attacks. The servant roared and leaped forward, throwing a heavy punch at Revenge's face. Revenge quickly dodged to the side and seized the opportunity to land an uppercut on the servant's chin. The servant staggered back, spitting out a mouthful of blood.
The audience let out a gasp, the scene was exceptionally intense. Revenge did not give the servant any chance to catch his breath. He swiftly moved in, delivering a rapid series of punches that rained down on the servant. Despite the servant's strength, he gradually appeared to struggle under Revenge's fierce assault. His movements became sluggish, and his defense grew increasingly feeble.
Revenge seized the opportunity and delivered a side kick to the servant's abdomen, sending him flying and crashing heavily to the ground. As the servant struggled to get up, Revenge stood over him, looking down. The servant gazed up at Revenge in despair, attempting one final struggle, but Revenge mercilessly punched him in the temple, causing the servant's body to shudder before collapsing unconscious on the ground.
The entire arena fell silent, everyone stunned by the intensity of the duel and the power of Revenge. Old K's expression turned exceptionally grim; he had not expected Revenge to defeat his servant so effortlessly. This duel not only showcased Revenge's strength but also made it clear to everyone that he was not a foe to be underestimated.
Revenge stood in the center of the arena, his breath slightly quickened but his gaze firm. He turned to Old K and coldly said, "Now, do you have anything else to say?"
The servant struggled in pain, trying to stand up again, but Revenge didn't give him any chance. He swiftly attacked, striking the servant's vital points with punch after punch. The servant eventually collapsed weakly to the ground, shocking the audience. Old K couldn't help but laugh, "So the king of humans is also a vampire!" he taunted. "Tomorrow, I will make sure the council and the whole city know this news."
Revenge shrugged and responded calmly, "I neither drink blood nor change form. Who would believe that if I said it?"
Old K smirked, "The news will make them believe."
Revenge was not surprised; he was well prepared. He took out a document detailing the news of the death of several Vampire Conservatism nobles in the arena of Old K. These news reports had originally been embellished as accidental deaths, but the actual situation was due to Old K's manic disorder.
Revenge calmly said, "This document is enough to cause impeachment within the party against you."
Old K's face turned dark, but he quickly regained his composure. He understood that he could no longer threaten Revenge and could only temporarily compromise. He knew well that Revenge's goal was to gain control of the news industry, and what he needed now was to protect himself.
"Well, Revenge," Old K finally spoke, "we can cooperate, but you must remember that my influence extends beyond the news industry."
Revenge nodded, "Of course, I have never underestimated you."
They reached a temporary agreement. Old K agreed to support Revenge's new news agency, RJ, while Revenge promised not to disclose the document. Although they appeared to have reached a cooperation, both sides understood that this was only a temporary compromise, and the real contest was still ahead.
