By the campfire deep in the forest, Anna and Lisa snuggled closely, feeling each other's warmth. However, the peaceful night was shattered by a sudden rush of footsteps.
Suddenly, a zombie lunged out from the darkness at an incredible speed. Anna reacted quickly, but still got bitten during the struggle with the zombie. She felt a sharp pain, knocked the zombie down, and quickly killed it.
"Anna, you've been bitten!" Lisa exclaimed in horror, tears filling her eyes.
Anna felt a chill, she knew what being bitten by a zombie meant. But she didn't have time to be afraid, she had to make a decision right away.
"We'll go to the nearest hospital camp, they might have an antidote," Anna said firmly, despite feeling uneasy inside.
Two
Lisa and Anna quickly packed up and headed towards the hospital camp. They knew time was of the essence, and Anna's life could be in danger at any moment. Along the way, Lisa held Anna's hand, giving her encouragement and support.
They finally arrived at the hospital camp, which looked very safe with some medical staff and armed soldiers guarding it. They were taken into the camp, and the doctor examined Anna's wound, looking very serious.
"We need to monitor her condition and see if there are any signs of infection," the doctor said.
Anna and Lisa are waiting anxiously at the campsite. It's late at night, and Lisa sits by Anna's side, unwilling to leave for even a moment.
"Anna, no matter what happens, I will stay with you," Lisa said softly, her eyes filled with determination.
Anna moved to tears as she held Lisa's hand and said, "Thank you, Lisa. With you here, I no longer feel alone."
However, the tranquility of the camp was soon shattered. The next morning, soldiers suddenly burst into their tent and forcibly separated them.
"You can't stay here anymore, you are in danger," the leading soldier said coldly.
"We need help, Anna hasn't turned into a zombie yet!" Lisa protested angrily.
"That's your business, we can't take the risk," the soldier impatiently replied, then drove them out of the camp.
After being forced to leave the camp, Anna felt her body gradually changing. Her senses became unusually sharp, able to perceive any movement around her. Her strength also significantly increased, able to knock down a zombie with a single punch.
"Anna, you look stronger than before," Lisa said in surprise.
"I don't know what happened, but I feel like I haven't been infected, instead I've gained some kind of power," Anna said, feeling her body filled with strength and energy.
Four
They continued to move forward in the forest, with Anna using her new abilities to protect Lisa. They encountered several zombie attacks, but Anna was able to quickly sense the enemies' positions and swiftly eliminate them with a single blow.
Just when they thought they had found a glimmer of hope, a group of human survivors appeared. These people looked very tired, but their eyes gleamed with greed and cunning.
"We need food and weapons, do you have any?" one of the men asked coldly.
Anna and Lisa felt a wave of unease, knowing that these people were not kind-hearted.
"We don't have anything extra," Anna replied calmly, trying to avoid conflict.
"Don't lie, we know you have it," the man said impatiently, then lunged at them.
Anna reacted quickly, using her strength to knock the man to the ground. Seeing this, others drew their weapons, preparing to attack them.
Five
The battle quickly unfolded, and Anna demonstrated her new ability. She keenly sensed the movements of each enemy, swiftly striking them down one by one. Lisa also fought desperately by her side. Together, they finally repelled the group of human survivors.
After the battle, Anna and Lisa sat on the ground, panting. They knew that in this dangerous and treacherous world, they could only survive by relying on each other.
"Anna, you are truly a miracle," Lisa exclaimed, her eyes full of admiration.
