Shen Jingyu surveyed the surroundings and then led everyone toward a spot that was a little farther away.

The traps within this forest weren't controlled by humans; they changed positions automatically after someone stepped inside at regular intervals.

After walking about a hundred or eighty meters, Qin Yi began treating Shen Jingyu's wounds. They had another injured team member, Song Zhe, who had bravely fought off a fierce tiger with just a dagger.
However, his injuries were similar to Shen Jingyu's; Qin Yi had treated him first when he found him.
"Song Zhe is injured too?" Shen Jingyu noticed another wounded member once everyone sat down.
"It's nothing, Captain. Qin Yi has already treated me." Song Zhe's face looked somewhat pale.
Qin Yi carefully cut open the fabric on Shen Jingyu's shoulder, revealing dozens of blood marks that looked as if they had been made by a scythe, so neat and precise.
Su Xing watched, her heart aching, her lips trembling as if she were about to cry.
Seeing Su Xing's distressed expression, Shen Jingyu quickly comforted her, "It's okay; the wounds aren't deep."
"But with so many cuts, it must hurt a lot!"
"Sister-in-law, don’t be alarmed by how it looks. With my help, I guarantee you won’t see any scars on Big Brother within a week. How does that sound?"
"Then I’ll thank you in advance! Honestly, scars don’t matter; I just can’t bear to see him suffer like this."
"So when Big Brother gets angry, Sister-in-law will have his back?" Qin Yi seized the opportunity to strengthen their bond, knowing it would be beneficial in the future.
Su Xing looked puzzled. "Huh? He gets angry? But he’s so kind!"
"Ha! That’s only towards you!"
However, this remark was akin to an accusation against Shen Jingyu, and the brothers dared not continue down that path. Instead, Qin Yi changed the subject. "Actually, Song Zhe has internal injuries. His wounds aren’t too serious, but being stepped on by a tiger is enough to keep him recuperating for a while."
Shen Jingyu glanced at Song Zhe, who was resting with his eyes closed. "Go visit him during his break and personally help him recover."
Qin Yi nodded in agreement. "Sure."
Suddenly, Su Xing thought aloud, "But since Shen Jingyu threw Python far away and it crashed into a tree, could he also have some internal injuries?"
"No way."
"No way."
Both Shen Jingyu and Qin Yi replied simultaneously.
Su Xing shot a glance at Shen Jingyu and said defiantly, "You be quiet; I want to hear what the doctor says."
"What about him? Does he need to recuperate too?"

Shen Jingyu silently glared at his overly talkative younger brother. He didn’t need anyone else to embellish his abilities, especially not in front of Su Xing.
Su Xing coolly remarked, "If he were really that impressive, he shouldn’t have gotten hurt at all!"
"Tsk! Sister-in-law is really concerned!"
"Luo Hao, you’ve revealed the truth."
Su Xing promptly fell silent and seemed hesitant to meet Shen Jingyu's gaze.
In contrast, Shen Jingyu, despite having sustained such severe injuries, seemed unfazed as Qin Yi cleaned his wounds with a special potion without any anesthesia. He not only appeared to feel no pain but also wore a strange smile at the corner of his lips.
However, Shen Jingyu's gaze was fixed on Su Xing.
Qin Yi had already treated two patients and given each of them a pill. Afterwards, everyone took a brief rest against a large tree as the first light of dawn began to appear on the horizon. It was then that Shen Jingyu stood up and organized everyone to leave this place as quickly as possible.
Fang Tong and Fang Chong had tried various methods, but in this signal-deprived area, they still could not contact the outside world. Shen Jingyu felt that the forest was excessively strange; not only could it nurture such giant creatures, but in such an advanced society, there was no way to send or receive even a single signal. It truly was an odd place.
The journey ahead required even more caution. They could be ambushed at any moment by people or other ferocious beasts.
Listening to Shen Jingyu's words, Su Xing finally recognized the reality—they were still not out of danger. The discussion about resting and recuperating felt very distant.
Their group of eight had been walking through the forest for an entire morning and still had not managed to find their way out. Su Xing increasingly felt that her stamina was falling short compared to these strong men.
To take care of her, Shen Jingyu suggested that they stop and rest for a while. However, Ke Su Xing insisted, "We should leave this cursed place as soon as possible. Don't let my situation delay us."
The other team members could see that Su Xing, a woman without any training, had already proven herself by managing to keep up for so long without falling behind. It wasn't just about one person; the two injured members also needed rest; otherwise, their conditions would worsen.
Finally, at the doctor's urging, everyone chose a spot to stop and rest.
Luo Hao noticed Su Xing's strained expression and Brother Yu's parched lips. He decided not to rest and got up to look for water or something edible. After all, they hadn’t anticipated being out for so long, especially with injured members among them.
Fortunately, Qin Yi had a habit of carrying some medical supplies and tools with him; having him in the team was almost like having a nurse around. However, when it came to food supplies, it really depended on someone meticulous like Luo Hao.
After walking about a hundred meters away, he caught a whiff of sweet fruit in the air.
Luo Hao couldn't help but quicken his pace. Sure enough, not far ahead in the trees, he spotted a tree full of red fruits.
