As the planning for the Southern Buffet drew closer, Haohao and Anthon's collaboration continued to progress smoothly. They communicated work details through messages and emails, rarely engaging in phone calls, let alone face-to-face meetings. This silent period did not only give Haohao sufficient time to adjust his state, but also provided Anthon with space to focus on editing and creative work, ensuring that all content quality would meet the expected standard. Meanwhile, this arrangement indirectly helped both parties temporarily avoid the embarrassment that might arise from face-to-face interaction, allowing them to maintain professional cooperation while gradually easing the subtle atmosphere of emotional oscillation between them.
Although Haohao and Anthon maintained high-efficiency collaboration in their work, they shared a heavy sense inwardly. Both parties quietly reached a consensus: never bring up what happened at 101 in Taipei again. This incident was like an unapproachable red zone, buried deeply in the darkest corner of their hearts. Whenever Anthon inadvertently touched upon footage from that day while editing, he would deliberately bypass it, filling the blank with other unedited videos. This deliberate avoidance, although avoiding direct friction, was also a kind of denial towards that day's emotions to some extent.
Although they tacitly treated all the entanglements and unpleasantness of that day as a thing of the past, this approach did not bring true relief, but rather a helpless escape. Anthon deeply understood that he had to maintain his role as a partner and supporter of Haohao, constantly telling himself that he must suppress his emotions towards Haohao, believing it was just a momentary loss. However, in the quiet of the night, his heart still could not calm down, and the suppressed emotions surged up like a tide, making him feel an indescribable loneliness and pain.
At the same time, although Haohao tried to convince himself that Anthon's emotional outburst might just be a momentary impulse, his inner self could not fully accept this explanation. While the inner turmoil between Haohao and Anthon had yet to settle, Da Shewan and Brother Chao's team was in close communication with Haohao, actively preparing for the upcoming Southern Buffet project.
After a series of busy conference calls, Haohao and Da Shewan had another detailed and in-depth conversation to discuss the specific arrangements for the upcoming Southern Buffet journey. Da Shewan, with the unique enthusiasm and easygoing nature of someone from Pingtung, elaborated on the flexible and spontaneous characteristics of the entire itinerary.

Da Shewan spoke on the phone with the typical warmth and ease of a Pingtung local, an attitude that unknowingly influenced Haohao. He told Haohao that the entire trip would be filled with randomness and surprises, a carefree approach that was characteristic of Da Shewan. Although Haohao still felt some lingering worries and conflicts, he couldn't help but be swept up by the cheerful arrangements made by Da Shewan, gradually easing his mood.
Haohao realized that this journey to the south might be just the turning point he and Anthon needed. After experiencing the oppressive and awkward events of the previous week, both of them required a space where they could breathe freely, allowing their relationship to ease and rediscover a harmonious rhythm. Haohao believed that through this collaboration with Da Shewan, along with the relaxed and spontaneous nature of the trip, he and Anthon could take this opportunity to naturally diffuse their tensions and awkwardness, reassessing and rebuilding their friendship.
This expectation makes Haohao have more hope and positive expectations for the upcoming journey.
